PROS: Service Fusion is allowing our business to do the following: (1) online and onsite billing; (2) onsite generation of invoices; (3) online collection of payment; and (4) tracking transactions. Our business is now more efficient because of these features.
CONS: We experienced some glitches. I also hope there would be an offline version to allow users to continue with the process even if we don't have access to a good connection.

PROS: Since it's cloud-based, it allows us to have remote access. It's also super helpful in our accounting because of its integration with Quickbooks.
CONS: I hope they would give users better control of the inventory. I also hope they would provide fillable forms for our technicians and the managers' ability to use the phone to assign calls.

PROS: This software is straightforward and easy to use! It does its job of making our invoicing and customer scheduling a lot easier and more seamless. Some of the tasks that were improved by Service Fusion are collecting payments and issuing receipts. I also love that we can access the app remotely!
