CONS: We are fine with the pricing option of this CRM but sometimes we think and compare it with a few in the market, they are available even below $25 per user per monthly basis but at the same time if we further compare it features wise, Simply has got our final selection because of the premium features coming along.

PROS: I tried Zoho, HubSpot, Insightly and Pipedrive! I found the CRM was trying to control my way of working, instead of the against. Simply lives up to the name. Contact segmentation is straightforward and leveraged by the integrations. Tech support is super good. Definitely the best I have to work with.
CONS: I've been using Simply from the past many months and what I found is team Simply upgrades their system timely.

CONS: The workflow feature provides automation potential, however after entering into some depth, it eventually expands more and more. The contact export and import was so smooth that one can easily use this feature for their campaign list building and targeting. It's been approx one year, and now recommending this to one of our clients for multi-user membership options. In all, Simply's performance was excellent and proficient as compared to other vendors. PROS: This tool is truly designed by the professionals and they have managed the structure flow pretty good. The calendar, vendor access, invoicing, appointment, opportunity, project, contract, billing etc are the sections they have made available on the quick panel top on dashboard. You will not have to browse or traverse here and there again and again for the quick job done. In all, Simply is a CRM that not only performs your tasks, but it handles it in an efficient manner.
CONS: When we tried searching for email templates, they have made available the same under the tools column and there are more than 20 different templates available. We have got trouble setting Up an invoice template but soon their support representative helped us via a quick call. We integrated many templates later on and done this job our own without any help. PROS: Aspects like contact DB management, contact tracing, contact meeting scheduling, a few API integrations such as email, outlook, Google, Mailchimp, and others, which went cool. We then have shared the user's role and it works well in that too.

PROS: It’s not about talking all positive about Simply rather it’s about talking sense based on actual . If you go and opt it officially, you will see the best inputs yourself. It has become the top choice of our sales and marketing team and have transferred our client data to this system. Overall, Simply works amazing for us and we are very happy to have it in top shelf of our premium software programs.
CONS: I wish there was a more central education area for the use of Simply, to further educate it's users on effectively automating daily tasks, emails, etc. They have a central repository articles though but conducting a weekly email regarding important features would work best.

PROS: Easy to work with Simply tool as it performs really cool. The only thing that we need to work on is for it's social media integration in our specific case. Overall, Simply worked well for other processes including business contact management and re connection for the marketing and event scheduling. Our sales pro is receiving good response and he can check the same via visual pipeline management and other tracking tools.
CONS: All aspects work good for us and we are very satisfied with Simply.

PROS: All the features that have been used so far are extremely time saving. When I gave it a try to use Simply a month back, I was just doing all the emailing and adding activities manually. But after a successful test, I am automating this process with just a few clicks. I used to go to the activities page and perform everything from there without going to each individual section. I am happy so far using this CRM but still I never clicked on a lot of things on the dashboard and I believe those are all going to be handy next time for me.
CONS: Since we are just ending our trial with Simply, we are not able to share this statistics with you. So far it worked great and met all our needs and expectations.

PROS: Simply can be used as one of your business managers. It can handle and manage all your workload and business data. Contact sharing and management is also a great deal to have it. We think the operating cost is considerable and can be opted as compared to other providers.

PROS: Fully integrated into Google suite makes it easy to use - Flexible tool that goes beyond a conventional CRM, you can use it for numerous processes for example sales, hiring, customer support - Valuable pricing etc- Responsive micro level assistance that is to help and open to software upgrades.
CONS: Might be overwhelming for administrators. Simply CRM and flexibility works both ways. It could take some imagination to structure it to your company processes, but once you understand how it works this tool can do a lot for your business.

PROS: The client connection became flexible and we don't have to keep their meeting records manually o.e. in a sheet or anything that increases the workload. It's all smooth and synchronized for every process whether it's sales, account, development or any which comes under business range.
CONS: We are happy with all the essential functionality we needed. We are not sure about its betterment :) Hence this system is superb for our requirements and we are using it all back-end as well as sales needs.

PROS: The best case scenario is it matches and addresses all our business needs and further customization via linking and configuring the third party APIs. The ease of managing records and processing them by applying further actions such as vendor or appointment/contact management, makes it more responsive and faster compared to other CRMs. Our original goal was to simplify the record keeping and marketing with the same. As of now, we are utilizing its full pace to convert and generate customer’s engagement.
CONS: The worst case has not been yet discovered and we are not interested in researching that either :) Our goal has been achieved and we believe that our team is doing amazing work in the sales and marketing segment. After-all, marketing automation is the only thing we want to achieve in our processes.

PROS: Excellent set-up done by the Simply vendor and they have built feature loaded CRM that can not only handle your concurrent workflow in the back-end but manages your business from the front. it's been 2+ years now using this tool. The cool thing about Simply is their cost and premium features.
CONS: The support staff is very helpful, responsive and they offer multiple language support features too. We believe fast support to be made available whenever it's required and we have no complaint so far.

PROS: Our list of expectations is very high. We trust Simply and it assists in focusing the exact client data and thus the funnel set-up. We love this CRM because it permits us to merge our sales data through email databases and further fetches for the good results. We have integrated our Email providers and Google's APIs, and others as well.
CONS: As we have just started using Simply tool so we don’t have enough statistics to count on and tell the exact cons this tool has.

PROS: We performed a trial for 1 month first to see how it goes as compared to other providers. We have created a sheet based on various business parameters such as speed, pricing, features, third party integrations and configuration time. After performing this, we assessed to see which worked best. Our observation revealed that Simply cleared our screening and we opted for that. Our sales & marketing team is doing a great job with Simply CRM.
CONS: Mobile app and social media integration are the features which work optimally. We didn't see any discrepancies while using the tool in our team.

PROS: The best part of using Simply CRM is its dashboard. We have got all tasks on a single topmost section and it has helped us to save lots of time. The compelling positive force of invoicing, order management, marketing automation, calendar-based event and appointment fix, opportunity and project management etc are only a few features from the stack of many.
CONS: As of now, the only thing Simply needs to work on is their pricing model. However, they have the coolest per user per month pricing option but we want them to work on quote based pricing as well.

The price is super low, especially when it's part of Simply One I really like the updated UI and dashboard, I actually prefer it to other CRMs. If you are planning to buy or subscribe for a CRM tool, I would recommend testing Simply for at least first FREE month.
CONS: As a Simply user, It’s been already 6+ months and did not encounter any downtime so it's a very nice experience to have Simply with us.

PROS: This CRM program is easy to use. It's perfect for a growing company. Initially, you can start with a single user subscription for a $25 monthly fee but as you grow, you can add more. You can have access to email insights which is a backbone of an email marketing campaign. It provides utilities such as Gantt chart, opportunity management, marketing automation and more.
CONS: We do not currently have any issues with this CRM solution and all features are working just great for us.

PROS: Simply CRM is a highly customizable, powerful invoice and report builder softwarel with multiple packages including adding events to customers calendar, contract, product, project, contact, web forms, campaign and vendor management. If you have a zero technical understanding, you can simply create features using drag and drop functionality. It’s been 4 months now and we have customized all our business processes in Simply. We had an issue at the time of the free trial period which was handled by their representative too quickly and extended their support to a non-paying customer :) We’ve already decided to proceed and execute all our customer-centric tasks using Simply CRM.
CONS: The only thing they can work in their software system is to create more informative videos for helping new comers.

PROS: We are an SMB business to business company and this suits our needs very well. The CRM features allow for tracking customer data easily and we are able to trace the business inflow via spending and generating the outcome as an ROI. The visuals statistics are very much helpful to us in budgeting and spending etc so in all it works good.
CONS: The support is great and they have exceptional resources in terms of articles and other ways to assist their customers. The multi-language feature is really good to understand the system and hence the CRM solution.

PROS: We use Simply for many things, but mainly to keep all the sales team on the same page. Being able to share emails with others through the CRM is a deal breaker for us, and Simply stands ahead in that. Also can’t forget to mention their customer support which is excellent.
CONS: Nothing as such seems to be problamatic as everything is straight and easy. The only thing that makes us think about Simply is their pricing model. It has to be quote based too. Let's say if you specify them 5 users and there should b e a fixed cost per monthly basis like $100 for them or so.

PROS: Simply is super easy to use and their informative support makes it even better. They not only tell you how to accomplish a task, they also provide the 'why' for the task. It is a tool that I use all day, everyday and the social functionality is some of the best I've ever seen. I love being able to review all of the activity in one pane and even like comments or respond in that same pane. I wish that direct or private messages to our pages were accessible here, but I do get everything else. If you are looking for a tool that includes all of the digital components for your organizational plan, this is it. You won't find a single platform that is as easy to use and incorporates so many of the things we do.
CONS: As of now, things are super obvious and we did not see anything escaped from the scope of our needs so nothing problamatic and stressful. Good job by the team.

PROS: The best thing I liked about Simply was the ability to do sales, marketing and support all in one pack. Our sales team is able to track opportunities and view sales funnel reports, Gantt charts, sales visual insight etc. The marketing team is able to create and send email forms and tag the contacts to specific target audiences as well. Creating web forms and integrating them into third party software was also simple. The support staff is able to use a ticketing system to manage all projects and assistance log in one place. Creating an opportunity was never been that easier for us so in all we realised that it's a cool combination of sales, marketing, user and project management.
CONS: There are some places where you have to click here and there just to be sure you are on that page but when I discussed this with the support, they have asked me how to make things that way easier and it worked. In all, in my opinion, Simply is offering what's the best to enhance the sales processes.

PROS: Simply is a way to manage your business processes pretty easily. Our goal was to make things simple throughout the business communication and it has delivered more than that. We have used Simply in our client connection, creating email marketing and web forms to integrate them within the third party software systems. We've incorporated Mailchimp, Google APIs, Chatbot features to automate the marketing strategies. In all, we found this Simply CRM very helpful. We recommend it to all who need an honest client resource manager.
CONS: Well, the idea was to simplify the business and we were succeeded in that. So far, it's worked well in our real estate enterprise and now we are planning to scale this in our next project. For us, Simply has upgraded our operations so we have nothing to downgrade them.
