PROS: The support staff and the product. Any online booking system has to be all things to all people and the team are constantly looking to improve. Each owner runs their business their way and to be able to offer flexibility you must seek a solution that delivers what you as the owner wants not what is being pushed or sold to you. Having looked at many other booking systems and used another system before moving to TeamUp I am very confident that we made the right decision. The support team are absolutely first rate and go more than the extra mile in helping you get started and that never stops even years down the line as I am finding.
CONS: To be honest I am struggling to think of anything, in the years I have used it, I have suggested things that would make life easier and they happen.

PROS: I use Team-up to enhance my communication with my peers and patients. I can give one on one advice through chats only. It’s easier to provide treatment to my patients without them having to go to the office.
CONS: I am not much into platforms, so I am having constant challenges in using TeamUp. I wish that it could have a better UI, so there won’t be any issues while completing my tasks. I also requested to install the group chat feature so I could quickly relay messages to my peers.

PROS: It's easy to plan and develop projects by merely using the TeamUp platform. I can fill our calendar with our meeting schedules so all our deliverables will be submitted right on schedule.
CONS: I haven’t observed anything wrong with the program except its inability to activate the group messaging feature. I would find this very useful, though.
