TriNet Review

PROS: TriNet works perfectly for our small company. They provide us with excellent service for our payroll and retirement plan needs. They are a huge help in getting us started in said areas and they continue to provide us with quality support service. We very much appreciate how they respond promptly to our concerns.

CONS: Their services are quite costly. We would be able to save a little more if we perform administrative tasks and run payroll manually.

PROS: Our employees love their self-service system. This allows for greater participation in our workplace. It also makes it easier for anyone to get specific information.

CONS: I hope they would enhance their services to better cater to our needs for compensation reviews.

PROS: TriNet has an intuitive interface that allows us to manage payroll and benefits efficiently. It also makes employee information available and easily accessible online.

CONS: We have nothing to dislike about TriNet so far. It helps us manage payroll and benefits with ease.

PROS: TriNet has an awesome partner program that helps us get all the resources that we need for business.

CONS: We wish we can seek consultations from them for important legal matters.

PROS: They provide excellent customer service. We love how responsive they are when we have concerns.

CONS: The software's UI design needs a more modern touch.

PROS: We rely on this entirely for our HR needs. It is user-friendly and well-designed. We love how we can sign in with ease and also reset our passwords when necessary.

CONS: We hope they would enhance the software to better match the requirements for remote work setups. Specifically, we hope organizational charts would become more functional and comprehensive.

PROS: TriNet is a user-friendly software equipped with capabilities for employee and payroll management. It also has great reporting features. We love that its support team is competent and quick to respond whenever we encounter issues.

CONS: New employees have trouble logging in to the system. We also sometimes encounter a few glitches. Apart from these minor concerns, we have nothing to dislike about this software.

PROS: TriNet is an all-in-one solution for our HR needs. It enables us to better handle the majority of our administrative functions, allowing us to focus on other tasks.

CONS: None so far. TriNet works really for us. We have been using it for half a decade now and we haven't encountered any major issue in all those years. Minor issues are also resolved immediately.

PROS: TriNet has a very intuitive design and lots of excellent reporting features and built-in forms. We love their support team's responsiveness and competence. They are easily reachable and very patient when assisting us.

CONS: We think they should work on their onboarding process for it to be a more seamless experience for their clients. Moreover, a few members of their support team need to work on providing better service. We had some issues contacting and getting the information that we need from one.

PROS: TriNet is a very cost-efficient solution that makes available for us a great number of services. We appreciate that they are always ready to assist when we have issues or queries. They are also very receptive to our feedback and continue to work to improve their product. We love how they make things easy for us, including the enrollment process and H-1B applications.

CONS: Its interface could be improved in terms of user-friendliness. In particular, the time off section needs to be redesigned to give more focus on the time for which the employees can file for vacation. It should also clearly indicate the remaining hours for PTO and for sick leave separately. The TriNet marketplace is also a little difficult to navigate. If they could provide tutorial sessions for users, that would be of great help.

PROS: This has everything that our HR team needs. It enables us to record expenses, track mileage, process payroll with direct deposit, and provide our employees with health insurance.

CONS: Nothing. TriNet works well for SMEs like us. It has the complete package for benefits and other HR needs. It is a little costly but it is worth its price.

PROS: TriNet provides several services that are highly beneficial to us. They offer good and affordable employee benefit plans, a platform for efficient management of HR and payroll, and quality support service.

CONS: We encountered some issues when we were transitioning into their new system but these were also resolved soon after.

PROS: They present us with a comprehensive set of health insurance and benefit plans. Each is presented such that it is easy for us to identify which will work best for our needs given our budget. We get more from what with pay with the plan we chose with TriNet.

CONS: We wish their insurance plans are a little more flexible. If it were, they would be able to match our business needs better.

PROS: We love that TriNet is a mobile-friendly software. It provides us with easy access to the information that we need, including our leave credits and benefits.

CONS: We lose access to the system when its undergoing maintenance. Other than this, it works perfectly for us. It is a very user-friendly software.
