PROS: Ease of use and simplicity are the two best quality of this product. there are other products available but this one is the winner which I switched to after trying few other similar products.
CONS: I would say I face problems with older devices, and problems on low network areas, although there are offline features but all the features are not available offline which is a challenge during work.
