TypeForm Review

PROS: I like how this is integrated with Google Analytics, and how easy it easy to take the answers collected with this tool and import it to Google Sheets. It makes it easier to share with other members of the team. I also appreciate how easy it is to use. I can make a nice-looking survey simply by dragging and dropping elements. It's great to use when you want to take a baic look at your audience.

CONS: I do love its simplicity but that same simplicity also means you can't do more advanced statistical studies with it. They could maybe add that in future versions because as of now you need to go to a different tool to do that.

PROS: I love how aesthetically pleasing the forms are since it makes it easy to review the responses I receive. That saves me a lot of time that I can then use for other tasks. I also like how easy it easy to export the data into different formats since it makes it so much easier to analyze the responses. I think I get the feedback that I need when I use these forms because they are easy on the eyes so people don't feel imposed upon when filling it up.

CONS: I think the price point for the paid version is a little steep. I think it should be priced a little lower, although it seems like other similar services are around the same price.

PROS: The thing that I love the most about this is how responsive and amazing their customer support team is. All of my concerns have always been handled immediately and they are always helpful and available. I also appreciate how new functions are being added to their site regularly, and how they've remained user-friendly despite these additions.

CONS: The only problem I've had with this is when they changed their form editor, but even then it was easy to learn and I grasped it pretty quickly. Other than that I don't think there's anything about this to complain about.

CONS: I have encountered some trouble with the +PRO plan, which is a shame considering that it's a paid plan. It can also get a little confusing when I use this to manage multiple users.

PROS: There are a lot of things that I love about this tool. For one thing, the forms you create with it can be very interactive. You can add images, gifs, and videos, so it doesn't look so bland and users who fill it up won't find it so tedious. I also appreciate how easy it is to use, and how it gives me multiple templates so even if I'm not an expert on statistics, I can still come up with valid surveys. It's also made it easy for me to spot any mistakes thank to being able to see the Preview and Edition screens at the same time. The surveys are also very customizable, and utilizes logic jumps so the surveys respondents respond to match their "type."

CONS: While the free version is great, it is a little limited compared to the paid version of this tool. I also experienced some slowdown when it came to the system showing me charts that involved extensive amounts of data.

PROS: What I like about Typeform is that it allows me to interact and glean insight from my customers in a speedy, easy, and efficient manner. Don’t be deceived by how low-cost this program is, it is packed with features for all your survey-making needs. Through it, we’ve been able to get feedback from our customers and create an actionable plan to cater to their needs better.

CONS: Nothing. Everything works perfectly fine on our end.

PROS: With TypeForm I can create surveys easily. This product has simple drag-and-drop support and many other features so you can create various question types. You can create multiple choice questions, opinion scales, rating scales and even picture choices. The interface is intuitive. Its API data is extremely practical and well-documented. We are able to integrate our surveys with its data API. There are other features that are very useful like logic jumps and data export features.

CONS: What I don’t like is that I need to write each option manually, and this takes lot of time, otherwise I cannot import data to dropdown questions. It would be great if they could implement the horizontal option as a direction for survey pages.

PROS: I love Typeform’s design that attracts users to complete all the questions. The process of filling the forms is not boring or business like but it’s fun. I love the fact that I can get great response rates when I launch my surveys. I am able to customize each survey with various templates. I get an easy access of summary statistics when people finish the survey, the results can be seen immediately. The other good thing about Typeform is that works perfectly on mobile device.

CONS: To be honest, I don’t want to use the Typeform design for large scale surveys, I think that for these kind of surveys is better if I use traditional design.

PROS: I think Typeform is a great online registration tool! I’ve recently used it as a booking platform and it worked without a hitch. My customers did not encounter any issue and they were able to secure their slots easily. It’s also very convenient how this program integrates seamlessly with Google Sheets. This way, I don’t have to manually type in all the customer details into my excel files.

CONS: I don’t have any negative thing to say about this program. The only thing I would change, if the developers are open to it, is to remove the unnecessary “click to submit” slide at the end of the registration form.

PROS: The best thing about this is how easy it is to customize. I can easily make it fit the branding of our company and it works great as well. I can collect relevant information from customers and at the same time make sure that the surveys they get are easy to look at.

CONS: I do wish they had a more consumer-friendly price point. There's quite a price tag attached if you decide to move to a paid plan from a free plan.

PROS: Typeform has recently rolled out new updates, and I am beyond impressed! I didn’t think that the first version needed any upgrades, but this new version? Just wow. It’s so much faster and the new features and the performance are just top-notch. Ever since we started using Typeform, we’ve been able to publish surveys that are truly within our branding. It gives us the freedom and eases that we look for in every survey-making platform. Not to mention, the program is mobile-friendly too so we can edit and send out these surveys on the go.

CONS: Although Typeform has been helped us churn out a lot of surveys, I’d like to be able to upload our design files so we can incorporate those into our surveys. Right now, all available photos and illustrations are from the program’s database and this can be quite limiting.

PROS: I use Typeform to gather feedback and info from my clients and customers. I use it in a more productive way: before launching new course, I run a test, then use this product to build survey so I can collect feedback from my customers. This tool is extremely easy to use, looks fantastic and I have found that my students enjoy filling out a survey.

CONS: There is an issue I constantly run into and I’m not sure whether it is Typeform fault or not, but, when I export long responses to Excel it takes a lot of formatting in order to make it legible.
