PROS: The data we gather helps us decide how many rooms to build and their sizes, which is super helpful. The automatic updates are a big plus, as we don't need to manage it with our MDM software.

CONS: The kiosk application could use a bit more polish. It doesn't always scale perfectly compared to other software, but it has been improving with each update. It's a newer product for UnSpot, so I think it's still being refined.
