PROS: The portal is very user-friendly and works seamlessly. Since it has all DIY features and a configurable master, it was easier to set up and implement process changes later on. Since all user personas are onboarded and with its advanced dashboarding feature, it was easier to understand various KPIs, take a data-driven decision and see changes in real-time. 

CONS: Data downloading feature
