PROS: Its easy to navigate specially for the everyday use by Administration and Staff

CONS: Might be instruction wise specially for non regular processes such as enabling Annual Leave

PROS: Perfect to handle businesses of all sizes and it's straightforward to operate.

CONS: Should have more qualification criteria when shortlisting applicants to help determine the suitable applicant in the selection process.

PROS: I loved that it has lots of features to support the HR administration and creating wage lists for the employees is very straightforward. Another feature I like is that it is cloud base so this helps you to have access to information from anywhere and from any device. It also has excellent encryption and database is protected. Also, it's not expensive.

CONS: The mobile app is not as efficient. I think that they should also make this better.

PROS: The fact that WebHr is a thin client application which provides access to the system from anywhere is a great deal. I would recommend it in modern day HR function.

CONS: Negative, Still exploring the features from a wide range of add on modules.

PROS: I like the website version, at least, and I can easily access it. I also like non-profit pricing.

CONS: I'm not enthralled of the general layout. The iOs app doesn't have much feature and the overall software use is not responsive.

PROS: This is a valuable software that enables not only recruiting but also firing workers, taking into consideration their salaries.

CONS: It'd be nice if they bring back the built-in templates. I liked them and it saves time.

PROS: I love its quick access. I can instantly sign in and it ensures the reliability that I need.

CONS: I has some difficulty getting access to some of WebHR's services because it refused entry.

PROS: I much liked that it is based on the cloud and I believe that all my data are in safe hands and well protected.

CONS: Support is not always readily available, but it is always addressed.

PROS: I like the app's user-friendliness and simple attendance management. It also has a live chat improving person-to-person contact. It enables HR manager to actively monitor employee data and records for all employee productivity and recognition.

CONS: It has many features that become useless for small business HR management.

PROS: It's a fast way to work with HR managers because you've got it all in just few clicks. While companies are getting heavily reliant on advanced softwares, most of the information the HR personnel needs aren't there. Forcing person-to-person contact could easily be compared as a "build and wind" party, managers would gradually turn out to be loose and staff eventually work out how to operate cross-practical.

CONS: Honestly, I don't have any negative stuff to say about it right now. You can build up your performance skills by practicing the validated techniques as critique shouldn't be all demoralizing.

PROS: Great attendance records, layout of forms,wonderful organizational chart and certainly have the best calendar display.

CONS: It could be more easy to use and more compatible to mobile devices.

PROS: Efficient, easy and quick to understand, web-based monitoring tool. I like that it has a phone app too.

CONS: It doesn't require badges and everytime you try to login, it always has an error first before it'll finally recognize and lets you in. Also, the user interface needs to be upgraded.

PROS: WebHR is the perfect HR management tool our organization has adopted with just minimum cost. We had used other tools previously, but those didn't function as to our standards. WebHR is easy to install and has an easy-to-adopt user-friendly GUI. This program is cloud base, meaning you can securely access your data remotely from any internet-enabled devices. It has recruitment tool to make sourcing of candidate simple. It also has employee database which we use to save employee information. Simple to keep track of staff attendance, monitor their performance and create their corresponding payroll.

CONS: This doesn't completely automate the payroll calculations, so something has to be done about it. Oftentimes, the program is sluggish when retrieving mass data.

PROS: I prefer this app because it is cloud-based that is available wherever you are depending on the internet's connectivity. The wage generation is incredibly convenient and it's easy to share the info with the staff. Also, the payslip layout is clear and detailed. Its digital reliability with the use of computer, mobile and GPS service to locate staff is valuable.

CONS: Nearly nothing. When they started, certain functions or plugins didn't work. But it has take the feedbacks very serious and keeps on providing all necessary functionalities at an incredibly fast rate without taking a lot of time.

PROS: User-friendly and has some incredible functionalities that are really easy to run.

CONS: There's absolutely nothing I hate about this service.
