PROS: I loved that it has lots of features to support the HR administration and creating wage lists for the employees is very straightforward. Another feature I like is that it is cloud base so this helps you to have access to information from anywhere and from any device. It also has excellent encryption and database is protected. Also, it's not expensive.
CONS: The mobile app is not as efficient. I think that they should also make this better.

PROS: I like the website version, at least, and I can easily access it. I also like non-profit pricing.
CONS: I'm not enthralled of the general layout. The iOs app doesn't have much feature and the overall software use is not responsive.

PROS: It's a fast way to work with HR managers because you've got it all in just few clicks. While companies are getting heavily reliant on advanced softwares, most of the information the HR personnel needs aren't there. Forcing person-to-person contact could easily be compared as a "build and wind" party, managers would gradually turn out to be loose and staff eventually work out how to operate cross-practical.
CONS: Honestly, I don't have any negative stuff to say about it right now. You can build up your performance skills by practicing the validated techniques as critique shouldn't be all demoralizing.

PROS: Efficient, easy and quick to understand, web-based monitoring tool. I like that it has a phone app too.
CONS: It doesn't require badges and everytime you try to login, it always has an error first before it'll finally recognize and lets you in. Also, the user interface needs to be upgraded.

PROS: WebHR is the perfect HR management tool our organization has adopted with just minimum cost. We had used other tools previously, but those didn't function as to our standards. WebHR is easy to install and has an easy-to-adopt user-friendly GUI. This program is cloud base, meaning you can securely access your data remotely from any internet-enabled devices. It has recruitment tool to make sourcing of candidate simple. It also has employee database which we use to save employee information. Simple to keep track of staff attendance, monitor their performance and create their corresponding payroll.
CONS: This doesn't completely automate the payroll calculations, so something has to be done about it. Oftentimes, the program is sluggish when retrieving mass data.

PROS: I prefer this app because it is cloud-based that is available wherever you are depending on the internet's connectivity. The wage generation is incredibly convenient and it's easy to share the info with the staff. Also, the payslip layout is clear and detailed. Its digital reliability with the use of computer, mobile and GPS service to locate staff is valuable.
CONS: Nearly nothing. When they started, certain functions or plugins didn't work. But it has take the feedbacks very serious and keeps on providing all necessary functionalities at an incredibly fast rate without taking a lot of time.
