What Problems Will Zoom.ai Solve?

Problem #1: Efficient Hand-Off Meeting Scheduling

Dale, a sales representative of a company, wants to ensure that a prospect who just recently signed up as a new customer participates in a customer onboarding meeting with Angela, one of the company’s customer success representatives. Such hand-off meeting often takes a lot of time to organize. Email messages have to go back and forth between Dale and the new customer and between Dale and Angela. 

Dale uses Zoom.ai’s availability feature called “On-behalf” that allows him to book an onboarding meeting with the customer on behalf of Angela. He sends Angela’s personal scheduling link to the customer via email. After getting and clicking this link, the customer is able to view Angela’s calendar availability in real-time, choose an open time slot, and self-schedule a meeting. Zoom.ai then instantly adds the scheduled meeting to the calendars of the customer and Angela. The software also sends an automated notification to Dale to inform him that the meeting has already been scheduled. 

Problem #2: Easy & Quick Collaboration 

Jaspreet, Nick, and Sharon are working as coaches for a career consulting company. Each one of them is conducting career coaching sessions with new and current clients. They have embedded Zoom.ai’s scheduler on the contact page of the company’s website. This feature enables their clients to book career sessions with them instantly without the need to send emails, make phone calls, or fill out a contact form.

When the company wasn’t yet using Zoom.ai to automate session scheduling, these career coaches had to manually distribute sessions among themselves. However, through the software’s Round Robin feature, they can now automatically assign sessions based on their calendar availability and clients’ meeting preferences. This feature allows them to share their availability as a team with clients. Returning clients can select a session time from the calendar availability of the coach they want to book a coaching session with. 

Meanwhile, new clients or those who don’t have a coach preference can simply choose any open time slot. The software instantly assigns the session to any of the three coaches available during the time slot picked by the client.
