We initially had problems while onboarding but 247HRM support team was very patient, unlike other softwares 247HRM implementation team will take care of the implementation of the software according to our requirements. And the best part is they will tally with our exisiting paysheet by running the past month's payroll. This doesnt happen with any other software. And they are very agile when it comes to any statutory or tds changes done by the govt. They will update the portal with the latest changes in no time. And they have a 4 level support system, and even the director of the company Mr.Varun is approchable. They make it a point to meet their clients andtake feedback. No wonder they are on top of the game since 15 years. Keep it going Team 247HRM. Good luck :)

PROS: 247HRM is the best payroll software available in India. Payroll is done in 3 simple steps in a ziffy. Employee Paysheet, direct bank transfer letter, varience reports, various abstract reports, SAP Jv and employee payslips can be generated. Additionaly 247HRM can also take care of Statutory Compliance like PF, PT and ESI. One can directly generate challans by uploading the respective formatted files. Even 24Q can be generated and at the end of the year FORM 16 Part B can be generated
CONS: May be the UI and post training manuals.

PROS: Seamless attendance management sysytem - Biometric Integration, IP linked attendance,Geo fencing. Performance management system with customizable forms and KRAs. Leave management system both on android and ios. And automate OT calculations. Last but not the least, the payroll system, indubitaly 247HRM is the only HR software in India which has got so much depth and understanding of Indian payroll. And apart from the software, the real reason behind their continous succes of is because of its employees! It's refreshing to find a company like 247HRM which walks its talk on culture and customer centricity. The senior team of 247HRM Venkat, Sravan and Kiran - they all are extremely helpful, knowledgeable on Indian Payroll and Compliance.
CONS: They have to work on their User Interface. It would be nice to have attendance analytics on dashboard instead of downloading the reports.

PROS: All other HR software vendors should take note: 247HRM is how u do HR. Our company was in need of HR software that will cut down our paper usage and automate end to end Hr Processes especially employee onboarding process. We found 247HRM and we are using the software since 6 years.
CONS: To be honest we have never found any glitches or problems. We have met and took feed back of their existing big clients before zeroing on 247HRM.

PROS: I cannot speak highly enough about 24 7 HRM. It has completely changed the way in which I manage HR within our business. I am able to work far more efficiently, work closer with the staff, provide more professional reports to my management, and I no longer require separate spreadsheets for everything!
CONS: I haven\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t come across any problems as of now.

PROS: In our company's setup, we have multiple departments using 24 7 HRM as our primary way to help automate onboarding and offboarding requirements. We have an internal workflow in which whenever there's an onboarding/offboarding; it will send a message to the IT team to prepare Laptop/PC for the new hire, another one to the Accounts Team to set up payroll, and so on. My favourite section of 24 7 HRM is the payroll, 3 simple steps and voila payregister and bank transfer letter is ready. We have employees in multiple states in India, so the fields and requirements for each is custom according to our needs. Depending on your needs, you're able to search and pull data easily.

PROS: We loved how every report and every module could be customizes to match our organisation’s workflows. Put simply, we loved both what it did and how they did it. It was clearly very well thought through and with a nice and easy interface on top, the learning curve was minimal.
