Taken from our termination notice to 3clogic - "The instability of the platform, the utter disengagement from the "leadership" team and the complete misrepresentation of capabilities should make clear why we were left with no choice - my business suffered for too long and we lost too much revenue."
Platform went down intermittently and centerwide - DAILY. Worst in class default settings - very bad and deceptive data with disclaimers about it in their MSAs. Leadership team who know they don't know what they're doing. 3CLogic nearly devastated my growing contact center business. Revenue hit to my company - worst company I've ever outsourced to and I've outsourced to many. Run - do not walk - away from any salesperson trying to get you into 3clogic. You will sorely regret it. We moved to Incontact and can finally sleep.
