What is Beenote?
Beenote is a governance meeting solution for the board, executives, and teams that allows you to efficiently organize the entire workflow of your meetings. Beenote will greatly improve the effectiveness of your meetings with a simple, secure, and efficient process.
Beenote offers you an agenda structure based on a pre-built template or customized according to your organization’s needs. During meetings, you can take shared notes in real-time. At the end of your meeting, up to 80% of your minutes are written up. A centralized directory with an advanced search will allow you to easily find information (minutes, files, decisions, actions).

PROS: The technology responds really well, fast and live. It's fine designed, easy to use, intuitive and useful. It strengthens teamwork and makes people at contribution to reach the biggest goals. A great way to keep organized all the knowledge from all the meetings happened. I love it!
