PROS: I have already used three ATS by the time I found Clear Company and no doubt it is the most user friendly, spontaneous and effective solution to all my issues. The whole team, whether it’s marketing, launch or maintenance are smart, ready to help and very reliable. We launched this summer and from then onwards we have been really happy. The whole team is a joy to work with. Clear Company is proactive as it has already incorporated the suggestions we gave. The regular training process and their support have made a huge difference in our hiring department.
CONS: Being a new user, I have nothing but praises for Clear Company but I would also really appreciate if there will be a scheduler operation.

PROS: The main characteristic of Clear Company which proved to be most beneficial for me is the fact that it can do cross posting of jobs on multiple job boards. I normally also use the option of forwarding and sharing the candidates’ profiles with the other hiring manager who are added in their system.
CONS: One thing I would like to alter in the Clear Company is its Workflow phases. Sometimes it is really hard to steer when so many hiring managers are working on the same application. The grading system doesn’t fit with the Workflow phases. For instance, if a candidate is graded as ‘X’ in the Workflow phase, the application should send an automatic reply to candidate rejecting them from moving further.

PROS: Clear Company is the best HR software we have ever got. The whole layout is so neat with a minimalistic look. Now we don’t have to post jobs separately on portals as that is automatically done. It can be accessed from any device which makes it a complete winner.
CONS: Everything is good with this application but I have noticed that many times the details of candidates like their email and address don’t get transferred correctly and sometimes it mentions the wrong portal. So it requires manual editing at such times. Whenever a post is filled, the job isn’t closed automatically.

PROS: The client support, the facility of having all job applications in one spot, the capability of communication with all the interested candidates all at one place. The Shield background filter helps me to get through all the applicants very quickly.
CONS: One only thing which I find a bit difficult is to upload candidates’ details manually from the email or desktop but getting all of them at one place is something for which I can ignore this.

PROS: The automatic on-boarding facility is the best attribute of Clear Company. This system can be started merely on a few clicks and it has the complete hiring module incorporated in it. It gives you the ability to tailor the documents and different jobs according to your needs before they are sent to the new staff. The tasks can be added and removed at any moment and the online documents can be created for the new staff, making the whole process far lot easier. Moreover, with the help of this system, all the internal tasks can be easily allocated to the respective members to let them know the tasks to be done before the new hires start their first day.
CONS: I haven’t found anything wrong with Clear Company so far

PROS: The thing which makes Clear Company stand out is its ability to customize according to the client’s need. They can create a whole new application just the way you want. If your company requires any addition to the status bar- well, you can get it. At our company we required a system which allows different users to have the access to it and also at various access levels. If we ever face a problem with the system, we know that there is our rep that would solve any problem it's just a matter of time. Their customer services are beyond exceptional.
CONS: There is nothing to dislike. The whole system is in accordance with our needs and whenever something is down or we face any issue, the rep is always there with a solution.

PROS: We are blessed to have Laura as our Client Relationship Manager. From the very beginning, she was so much fun to work with. Due to our special business needs, we had to make lots of customized changes in the system and Laura was always there to make the changes according to our needs. Now it is almost 5 months with Clear Company and Laura is still the same person whom we met on day one, willing to help. A perfect product with outstanding customer support.
CONS: We don’t have anything to dislike! The system and customer service are just amazing and that too at a low price.

PROS: The best feature of this system is it’s straightforward, intelligible and user friendly structure. Now the mails can easily be directed to the hiring managers, recruiting company, candidates from the company. It is a well planned and well ordered software. Our company saw a really fast paced growth and this application is helping us to maintain all the necessary records of the new hiring and various job vacancies and job postings. We never regretted a single day spent with this system. Moreover, it is simple and very easy to understand and learn.
CONS: Whatever we wanted from this system, it has given us in return. So no disappointments.

PROS: Overall, this product is very satisfactory. We customized this system according to our own needs so that it would be easy for our hiring managers to use this. It doesn’t stop here. The system is developing and is presenting latest features which are an added advantage. Before going for Clear Company, we had already tested numerous big brands, big dollar products but they didn’t reached up to our satisfaction just like this product did.
CONS: The only negative point which I have found so far is that it is not combined with our HRIS system but this is something which is in my hand.

PROS: The best thing is that I can access my implementation coordinator any time via phone or email. Colin was always there and had the answers to all my queries. The set up was done quickly and without any hassle, the whole team was very welcoming and open to the suggestions given by me. The application is very simple to use and actually has some fascinating reporting features. The training classes were free of cost and I could take them as many times. When I talk to Colin, I feel a valued client, not just any another customer. He knows me very well and doesn’t have to look at the records whenever I call him.
CONS: There is nothing that I don’t like about it. I am very happy with the product and simplicity of its use

PROS: The price is pretty good considering where we came from but you get what you pay for. It is functional but very basic.
CONS: There have been a few issues that we tried talking to with customer support for weeks and you do not get to ever talk to them immediately. I have screenshots where chat is 18hours later and it has yet to be seen. Leave a voicemail with no reply and even our account representative is not great at contacting us. Then the answer will always be that it will be up channeled and maybe one day in the future a resolution can be met. Never a clear answer. Interviewing emails do not work and have never been corrected, recruiting and onboarding are not seamless whatsoever.

PROS: This software has given me the ability to tailor the workflow phases for my candidates. I have seen many applicant tracking softwares which have very standardized steps and sometimes many of them are outdated or not suitable for the type of organization you have. Such systems leave you wondering in which category you have to place a certain candidate.
CONS: I wish there was something more in the candidate communication aspect. There could be something like a tab on the candidate’s main profile which would show any type of correspondence from candidate’s side. Now you have to check every correspondence with the candidate to check for any further email which actually makes you think of using the regular email which doesn’t maintain any record.
