PROS: If you're familiar with TeamViewer's environment, then you should adjust seamlessly into this program too.
CONS: Control is quite limited with this program. What I find frustrating is that instead of telling you that you cannot perform a particular task, it just somehow disregards your clicks.

PROS: This is a complete solution in itself. Despite just how easy it is to configure and set up on both ends, it has all the features that I need to work remotely with my staff too. I can share, control the device, and so much more with this tool!
CONS: My only issue with this program is that it does not meet my data-documentation needs. However, I’ve discovered a workaround for this in the user forums.

PROS: For a completely cost-free solution, CloudBerry is very impressive. I was able to learn the ins and outs of it in no time. I can instinctively locate commands and they’re all within reach too! It reminds me a lot of TeamViewer. What’s cool is that you can use this within it too. Of course, this is strictly off the record as I like to use this solution just to validate or disprove some of my hypotheses regarding certain matters.
CONS: Documentation is one major thing that is lacking from this program for sure. It doesn’t work as fast as other solutions too. However, I can let this issue slide because it is free after all.

PROS: If you’re looking for an alternative to TeamViewer with equally robust features, then you won’t go wrong with CloudBerry. Plus, unlike its counterparts, this program is absolutely free. I doubt this can get any better than this.
CONS: Multi-tasking and viewing multiple screens remotely is virtually impossible here. However, I can’t really complain much because it still does what it promises to do.

PROS: For a free tool, this program sure packs a punch! It works perfectly well on Windows. It has a nice instant messaging feature that lets me communicate with my clients while I work on their PC too. It allows me to call as well.

PROS: CloudBerry simplifies remote assistance for us. We use this as an alternative to ConnectWise, our paid remote access tool. Even though we reserve this mostly for our clients who do not have subscription plans with us, it still works quite well. There are no issues deploying this on their devices, allowing us to work on their system maintenance remotely without a problem. It doesn’t trigger firewalls too, which is a big plus!
CONS: I don’t think that there’s anything worth calling out about this program.

PROS: The best thing about this tool is that it is very user-friendly. Sure, we had a few hiccups while trying to install it, but after everything has been ironed out, it now works great.
CONS: As I mentioned earlier, I had a bit of the problem while installing this program. However, I was able to fix it right away, thanks to the user forum that I've found.

PROS: My favorite thing about this program? It’s absolutely cost-free! Without shelling out money or company resource, I can easily manipulate my colleagues’ screens. I can access devices from one vantage point too. I use this mostly to monitor the weather in a particular place, and I love it! Unlike its competitors, I can choose to be untraceable. There are no prompts that eject me from my view. I heard that there is a newer and more robust paid version for CloudBerry on the horizon—but the free version already does so much for me and my team.
CONS: My only beef with this program is that there is no proper recording of data. However, they do have a good community of users that have been able to help me figure out workarounds for issues that I encounter.

PROS: I found this solution while I was shopping around for similar solutions. I was initially a TeamViewer user but I didn’t like the prompts and notifications that I would get from it. Out of all the other candidates that I was eyeing to replace TeamViewer, I came across CloudBerry and have been hooked ever since. It’s reliable and it lets me send files, share screens, conduct walkthroughs—everything that a remote control software can do. And you know what the best part is? This solution is completely free. Thanks to the team of developers who created this.
CONS: I don’t have any issues with this program, to be honest. However, it would help if there were more resources available about it.

PROS: CloudBerry is probably one of the more straightforward solutions of its kind. We had zero problems while setting it and its usage, so far, has been a breeze. I love just how easy it is for me to weave in and out of users’ screens. While doing so, I can control their view and even transfer files to them. This is a secure program that I trust our data with. It also has a feature that lets me send instant messages to my co-workers.
CONS: I have nothing but praises for this solution. It has opened lines of communication between me and my colleagues. Sharing files and doing tutorials are a lot easier now too.

PROS: I have CloudBerry Desktop Pro currently installed in my devices and I’ve been reaping all the benefits from it. It gives me ample storage space that is both reliable and secure. I haven’t tried out CloudBerry Remote Assistance yet but if the Desktop Pro is any indication, this should work perfectly fine as well.
CONS: I still don’t have a firm grasp as to how the night scheduling works. I want to set it up at midnight so that I can get started on my work first thing in the morning. However, there seem to be lapses in the hours and the process of backing up extends beyond the hours that I’ve indicated.

PROS: If you’re familiar with TeamViewer, then you should have no problem using CloudBerry as well. These two solutions are practically made out of the same mold—even in its login options. I like just how user-friendly this solution is. It doesn’t cause delays in both the receiving and monitoring screens too. Best of all, unlike TeamViewer, you don’t have to pay for anything to use this program. It’s 100% free and open to all users.
CONS: It’s a free tool—users can’t expect all things to run smoothly here. Naturally, TeamViewer, a paid option, would have more support and backing.

PROS: I love just how intuitive this program is. Learning this was a walk in the park. It allows me to quickly (and smoothly) save and share files to users in my network. I recommend this tool to anyone who wants to remotely control operations.
CONS: The password requirements are a little too complicated. I find it hard to recall just what it is, to be honest.
