ManageEngine Remote Access Plus is a remote access software that gives IT technicians and administrators granular control over an enterprise’s network of computers from different offices from a central location.

Remote Access Plus is built with powerful tools that make it possible to manage users, files, printers, perform troubleshooting, and even generate real-time reports of remote sessions.

With the ability to control attended and unattended computers, Remote Access Plus helps improve productivity and response time. Having a screen sharing feature and an integrated voice, video and text chat feature lets administrators connect with the user and experience the problem themselves. This helps them pin down the problem and provide issue resolution at a lightning speed.

While it functions as an IT helpdesk, Remote Access Plus can also minimize operating costs, and strengthen network security. The remote shutdown feature can power down computers outside work hours. The remote task manager feature can limit CPU load times, kill specific applications and services, and even remove access to certain sites not permitted at work.
