ContactOffice is a contact management software that helps you to easily manage your data (tasks, documents, meetings, contacts, emails etc.) from any computer with a web browser. All your data is online and can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

ContactOffice ensures your data is safe, so you don’t have to worry about computer loss or failure. The app is offered as SaaS, so there is no hardware or software to buy. You need not worry about installation, configuration or updates.

  • ContactOffice offers an alternative to the offerings of Google and Microsoft (Google Apps and Microsoft 365). Its cloud-based messaging and collaboration suite includes among others an email solution, calendars, address books, documents, polling tool and more.
  • The solution offers unique sharing capabilities through the creation of groups. These groups create a shared storage space for documents, contacts, calendar etc. The administrator of the group can define refined access and editing rights for the group space on a tool, member and folder level.
