PROS: You will waste a lot of time, so if you are being paid by the hour, you could make a lot of money!
CONS: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! IF you care about your business and clients, Do not use them! I joined a loop and had many legal files that I had in it, and the next thing I know is that files are mysteriously missing!! Come to find out, they allow the other user to "take" docs and make changes to them and REMOVE them out of my loop!!!Without telling me!!!!!! I can't tell you how WRONG this is!!! They condone and promote stealing! The other person Im working with (I work in Real Estate and share loops with other agents when we work on buying/selling houses) shared a legal doc with me, now the document is mine. DL says that because the other agent originated a doc and sent it gave it to me, its still theirs and they can take it back an alter it any way they see fit!!!! Since they like to use the analogy of paper when describing how their system is set up, I asked them if they gave me a paper document and I took it and filed it in my office and they wanted to make changes or take it back, how would they get it? They would have to break into my office and steal it! DL condones this by dangling "keys" to access my office to the other person and take it back. Their explanation is that I need to have more communication with the other person Im working with so they don't have to "take" a document back! REALLY? What a Joke of a response. This is not the only MAJOR flaw in their system. I have reported many issues over the years, and they haven't changed one of them!! Instead, they said they are working at revamping the entire system, but they are more focused on changing the way it looks (these are the only changes they have implemented, and the new looks and not only terrible, but they are even less efficient for the end user!) than changing the serious legal issues their system has! They only way around this serious flaw of allowing other users from stealing files is to create 2 loops, make a duplicate of every single action from each loop to one another. (they confirmed this). SO bascially their motto is incorrect! Its REALLY all about Paperwork, NOT peoplework)

PROS: Signing is quick. Very simple to utilize. Download is straightforward. Clients aren't obligated to print and scan documents.
CONS: I'm not always getting proper access. It's hard to combine a couple agents in one document with the same rights. I'm not frequently getting a client's email in instances where we only represent one part. This pushes agents to make their own loops and leading to a loop mess.
Learning and using it is a breeze.

PROS: Its pre-defined templates makes it easy to utilize a new loop with the doc you'll require a certain transaction. It's very flexible. It lets you upload PDFs and then dragging them all the way to the top of its dotLoop doc if you happen to work with both dotLoop-baed and external docs. It's great really.
CONS: The primary issue that I ran into is that it entails each client to have their own e-mail address that would give them the ability to digitally sign documents. Older clients of mine sharing their e-mail has dotLoop incompatibility. Another problem I'm facing involves agents not content utilizing another system they're not familiar with. Just recently, I've had a listing agent recommending me not to utilize dotLoop.

PROS: User-friendly to begin with. My clients can easily understand how it works. UI is clean and simple. Distractions are very much at its minimum.
CONS: If it showcases my to-do list, then dotLoop would super! I'd love to make document customizations a little bit further before it starts generating. That would definitely save me a lot of time when going in and dab into details of a document. I'm currently working for Keller Williams.

PROS: Easy to use. The UI makes everything convenient. Real estate documents can be included digitally. E-signatures can now be conveniently offered.
CONS: It could be more a lot simpler to use. Specifically when it involves customizing a document for filling up a form.

PROS: I like making use of Loop. My clients say it's easy to utilize! They get to receive and sign documents using their smartphone, tablet, desktop PCs, and other devices. I love how we can assign tasks to clients and even to ourselves.
CONS: Right at the moment, our real estate firm hasn't adopted Dotloop for standard use. Each document being uploaded requires uploading it into templates. Then it has to edited. It'd be cool if Dotloop has integration with BNAR.
Using it is easy. Plus makes things convenient!

PROS: Everything is digital. That's what's great about this. There's no longer that need in printing out papers just to sign things. Document sharing is now possible for only those who are given access.
CONS: There's nothing else to dislike. So far. It's working really well for us.

PROS: Everything about it is nice! I like how you can put in an entire listing/buyer templates. I love being able to share a particular document. Electronic signatures makes things convenient.
CONS: This program is a significant time saver. It contains a bunch of functionality that work wonderfully. One thing that I think will save even more time is by dragging a document to another folder within the same loop. It's better than copying it and findingh the loop.
Very good training and helpful in getting set up quickly.
