Enalyzer Review

PROS: Our company has been utilizing different survey tools to gather relevant feedback and data on how we can keep on improving our services. We’ve used about 3-4 platforms, but we didn’t get as much information as compared to using Enalyzer. I like how they arrange and format each question so that we could get more answers that we could use to improve or fix things. It makes it easier for us to compile all this information and further analyze them before coming up with a new set of solutions or action plans. I always look forward to launching a new collection of surveys every 15 days and patiently wait for its results to populate. The entire platform is easy to use; that is why a lot of people enjoy using it.

CONS: I can say that Enalyzer is such a big help for us, but it doesn't mean that it's perfect because it also comes along with some flaws that can affect the results of the surveys. I was hoping that they can find a smarter solution on how to permanently get rid of all the error messages that occasionally pops up the screen. The reporting feature is a little bit challenging to work with nowadays because some of the data are not readily available on the portal. Some data are entirely redundant, and survey optimization is highly recommended to ensure that all the results showing on the reports are very much accurate.

PROS: Enalyzer has one of the best-designed user interfaces amongst any other platforms that I've used before. Plus the price is not that expensive, which makes it more attractive to small and medium-scale organizations.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike with Enalyzer. I've tried the free version, and the results are quite impressive. Plus do not disregard the fact that it allows a lot of individuals to access the platform at the same time, which makes it advantageous to use. All you need to do is wait for all the surveys to be filled up, and the results will be automatically tallied for your convenience.

PROS: I am thankful that I discovered Enalyzer because I’m able to launch and utilize more surveys for the business. I rely on the feedback and data being provided by the surveys to make instant changes and essential decisions for the company.

CONS: A faster and more effective collaborative process would be very much appreciated. It would be time-saving if we could skip some steps invalidating all incoming surveys rather than reassigning them to another department which delays the results.

PROS: There are so many things that I like about this platform that is why we chose it in the first place. It can launch and create different kinds of online surveys depending on the need of our company. Enalyzer is known for creating surveys that look attractive to convince more people to take part in and answer some questions. It's easy for us to gather the raw data and turn it into a well-organized report that will help us interpret customer behavior and feedback in the most simplified manner. Enalyzer is one of the most affordable survey maker app that we could find in the market. For its price and performance, I can say that we already made a great deal with Enalyzer.

CONS: Enalyzer may be a great tool that takes charge of creating surveys, but I don't consider it as perfect. If you've started using the app, you will soon notice its flaws that could affect the surveys' output. Enalyzer needs to fix and upgrade its UI because most users are not fond of it. After all, it is difficult to use. There are times that the survey reports don't coincide with the actual count leaving us with no choice but to resort to manual counting and filtering instead. This process takes so much time to finish; that is why something needs to be done right away. Despite the setbacks, I still choose Enalyzer as our survey partner because of high customer engagement rates.

PROS: I love using Enalyzer for all company-initiated surveys. It’s very user friendly interface encourages more people to use the app and produce more successful and informative surveys.

CONS: So far, I love everything that Enalyzer has to offer its clients. Surveys have a high response rate which is very beneficial for the business.

PROS: Our company is very aggressive and proactive in getting feedback that pertains to our products and services. That is why we decided to look for a reliable platform that we can partner with for a long time to help us launch, conduct, and do follow up surveys. The platform comes with many templates that you can utilize to start an online poll to get all the desired information you need for your company or business. We utilize whatever data that we collect to make huge decisions and in planning our next moves. We use templates that are easy to fill up and engaging to the audience. Enalyzer helps us get relevant data and collect feedback from a large number of people worldwide.

CONS: We should not be having any issues when it comes to app and data integration when using Enalyzer. However, for the last six months, we have been continually experiencing this issue, causing our staff to feel frustrated on certain days. Instead of automatically exporting/importing data from the source to Enalyzer, we have to resort to a manual configuration that takes longer to accomplish. We also experience the same problem with our performance reports, so we brought this up to the support team. Hopefully, things would be much better in the upcoming months.

PROS: Very easy to use and adaptable at the same time. I can use it on my desktop or my phone without gong through any productivity issues.

CONS: I was able to hoit some minor bumps when it comes to reporting. Needs faster data integrations for the app to work seamlessly. Sometimes minor issues do happen when we are doing mass surveys which can affect our raw data and final scores.

PROS: Everyone in the office enjoys using Enalyzer to launch employee surveys. Starting a survey can be done in less than 15 minutes. The platform and UI are very intuitive; no wonder most of us would like to use Enalyzer almost every day.

CONS: My team and I have been using Enalyzer for more than a year already. Based on feedback, the product has been running smoothly ever since the beginning of our subscription. It's very efficient that it exceeded our expectations.
