1. Abandoned cart:
The Performance & Customers Lover at one of Exponea’s clients was concerned with the numbers of abandoned carts and used Exponea to analyze how people were interacting with the online store, both those who finished their purchase and those who did not.
Exponea identified a specific, tangible pain point and developed a working plan to eliminate it. The Exponea strategy was that a simple incentive would be enough to drive these customers back to their abandoned shopping carts and could significantly increase the number of completed orders.
This solution was prepared in the Exponea scenario designer. It included a time-triggered email incentive and a go-back-to-the-cart reminder with purchase button.The initial test on 40,000 customers resulted in a 20.13% increase in finished orders, a 50% open rate for reactivation emails, and a 19% growth in completed orders.

2. Improved conversion rate
A steady number of people had been landing on the client’s site but it was clear that the conversion rate could be improved dramatically. One particular step in the conversion funnel – the ratio of people who viewed a restaurant’s menu versus those who added an item to the cart – was singled out for improvement.
Solution: Exponea determined that making two independent steps would increase the conversion rate:
1) Help customers select the right restaurant.
2) Create a sense of urgency in customers to add an item to the cart.
With Exponea’s built-in scenario designer, a message showing the number of people currently looking at any given restaurant’s menu was added to the website. Using the web-layers and A/B testing feature, a special banner was created for each restaurant and tested against a control group. The change resulted in an 8.1% growth in average revenue per user and a 10% increase in cart conversion.

PROS: It takes only a couple of minutes to launch targeted on-site marketing campaigns with Exponea and no design or programming work from client side is needed - this saves us a lot of time and money. In analytics, the range of possibilities is breathtaking, at least compared to other off-the-shelf tools we have tried before.
CONS: The tool is very powerful so quite a few of the functions are not exactly self-explaining. As we are too lazy to read the manuals, we just use online chat support of Exponea whenever we need to do something more complicated.
The least favorable review
PROS: One system for all projects on the one place. It takes only a few minutes to prepare event for each of countries, which we have. We use it daily to send our newsletter or to create web layers. This saves us a lot of time and money. The range of possibilities in analytics data. We see immediately how are our campaigns successful.
CONS: I don't know any problematic aspects. If we need more informations, we just use online chat of Exponea support.

PROS: Back then, I dealt with different kinds of marketing automations tool like Pardo and Marketo. I later came to realize that Exponea happens to be that fantastic soluton made for our business needs. It's considered to be one intricate tool that offered us with one-on-one interaction of our targets.
CONS: So far, there's nothing much to hate with this tool. Initially, you may assume it's difficult to implement this to your needs. But once you start making use of this tool, you'll realize the limitless possibilities that it can provide you for the long term.

PROS: There are a few things things that I love with Exponea. These are: real-time data, software usability, and customer support. The data that we want to work with aren't sampled or have gone through several days of delay. It's in fact, displayed and done in real-time. We're also utilizing data directly for action in scenarios to making offers for certain segments of users.
CONS: It's difficult spotting any flaws or stuff that I dislike with Exponea. In our use case, it happens to be the best marketing tool that we've come across. Since the tool operates in real-time, it struggles with intricate queries of type n-squared. One of the problems has to to do with their average usage.

PROS: The tool is simple to utilize. Even those who have little or no IT background can easily get by with this software. This is essential since you could end up being a business person incpable of writing code and requests or you may see yourself hiring an IT personnel with very limited business perspective.
CONS: If you're the kind who is used to dabbing into Google Analytics, it'll take a bit of time to get around this tool. It's a transition at first. But once you get the hang of how Exponea works, then it shouldn't be a long term problem. It'll require some learning curve for first timers.

PROS: A majority of the online activities that we have are directly linked to this software. We can make use of triggers easily, funnels, and filters to target the intended audience for a certain campaign. It offers a wide range of possibilities ranging from how you can create a campaign to details involved in a campaign.
CONS: From time to time, our primary aim is to significantly increase the ROI within the conversion and retention phase, to expand our leads database furhter, and preserve our marketing activities and leads with sales in fashion. PROS: This app can connect to different online marketing tools via just one instrument. This makes it possible for us to do things independently from the data department and other analytic-based tools. All we want is a graphic designer and a marketer who can send out customized emails, delegating credits to varying scenarios, or coming up with intricate reactivation campaigns.
CONS: We're open to having more presentations on the latest features as well as case studies that offer quality results within the conversion and/or revenue uplift. All clients are open to numbers and want to find inspiration that can be of assistance to them.

PROS: We've been making use of this tool and their support for our renowned Fofola campaign, which garnered us a couple Gold Effie awards for our highly effective communication. Exponea has given us numerous media insights. For instance, after doing an analysis on YouTube and Facebook traffic for a campaign site, we understood that while both are priced similarly, those coming into YouTube are the ones who were active and have a tendency to spend more time on the site.
CONS: It would've been fantastic to have some kind of PowerPoint-ready exports of results from varying marketing departments. Right now, it's one issue that I'm dealing with. Hopefully, they can come up with something to make it easier for users.

PROS: Being able to come up with our own email templates. Editing our own code on the spot. Exponea has proven its highly advanced functionality that have dramtically benefitted our company. It made us function efficiently while sending our email routinely.
CONS: A system that's fully robust. The only thing here is being familiar with each other so that you can achieve the things that you want together. Other than that, nothing else negative. Everything has been superb from the get-go. There may be something that may not be favorable. So far, nothing to mention at this time.

PROS: Exponea is a user-friendly tool for building campaigns. It doesn't need advanced knowledge of programming languages. It's given us plenty of chances to target relevant customers. We love how we can make automated campaigns on its own environment. I like how they provide support for clients.
CONS: At times, I'd get lost in the environment since it would frequently change. But I'm beginning to comprehend the necessary need to making constant changes. This would help ensure improved experience to the end-user. Other than that, nothing else.

PROS: It's capable of building and sharing external dashboards for external partners. It quickly does prototyping of reporting views. Simple to use. Even newbies can breeze by this without a hitch. Trackability and security are thoguht out extremely well.
CONS: There have been instances where the tool's innovation rate is way too fast. The documentation is really poor. We were hoping they can improve on that. Data imports appear to be limited at best although their campaign management is slowly improving.

PROS: I like how simple it is to have this platform integrated with our company's data and software. One of the most exciting functionalities is its marketing automation. It does everything from web layers to campaign management. Its machine learning functionality can range anywhere from prediction engine to recommendation.
CONS: To be honest. Nothing. The platform can quickly evolve to the latest trends. A lot of the missing stuff or lack of features are quickly addressed by their development team. They do so in a very agile manner. Even after using the product for several months now, we're still not sure what Exponea will be offering. But one thing is for sure, the functionality we're using has driven us 95% of benefit.

PROS: I like how simple it can be in setting up scenarios in automating your flow of marketing communication. What's more, we were able to come up and deploy advanced recommendation models when using this system to help boost our sales. Their support is excellent as they're always quick to respond.
CONS: If you happen to be new to the platform, there may be some features that can be hard to figure out on your own. Fortunately, their support is more than happy to take in any calls to discuss any issue regarding the platform. They're willing to go as far as helping you set up a call to guide or help you in real-time.

PROS: Exponea acts as a central hub for our marketing activities. We are able to segment the customer database in real-time. We now create sophisticated funnels on a wide variety of events. We can act upon on any event attribute or customer variable with a campaign through SMS, mobile notification or website.

PROS: It's an easy way to work with our customer base - segment, analyse and then take action. We use it daily to send our newsletter, to improve personalisation based on what customers buy/see, and scenarios based on actions our customers take on e-shop. They are still working on building the product, so we see new features and improvements first-hand.
CONS: For advanced solutions and analysis we need the help from Exponea support team. But they respond very quickly and we always find solutions.
