PROS: I have been using Geomap for more than 5 years. It is not just a FM software but much more than that. It enables to perform an asset inventory on your own first. In fact, we did not have that kind of information and we did not know how many assets we had under management. Starting from there we have activated all the maintenance activities. Our general contract receives and manages the maintenace activites with a tablet. Since everything is cloud-based as soon as an activity is closed we receive an alert included several reports and info. It's great that everything is also geo-located and it is possible to attach for each data sheet documents, and other info.
CONS: If you want to purchase additional licenses you have to get in touch with Geomap guys. There is not an option to do that individually from the system.
