Hitask Review

PROS: Everything! Syncing, layout, GUI, speed, reliability, etc.

CONS: Nothing. There's really nothing I dislike.

PROS: I like how I can break up things into projects, assign people to specific projects, share content and keep conversations on the platform.

CONS: The number of integrations is low.

PROS: I've been using Hitask for years, and it lets me keep track of the small wins day to day to keep my project motivation up, and also show progress over weeks, months and years.

CONS: I wish I could embed videos directly in tasks.

PROS: Once a task has been entered, the software gives you a wide range of useful actions for the task such as the ability to set a reminder or attach a file. Being able to attach files is very convenient. I often take photos of little bits of paper (e.g. receipts, notes) and attach them to the to-do. That way, I can throw away the paper and stay perfectly organized.

CONS: I have no complaints. This is a lovely little app that is indispensable.

PROS: Focus to construct your projects the way you want it.

CONS: Limited integration with other complementary tools but they have an API.

PROS: The best is its user friendly interface and platform. First time I started using it in a small group of 10 persons when started to work on a new project festival. After a couple of hours we just learned all the functionalities and it was very productive.

CONS: Paying for premium to use advanced features.

PROS: Using Hitask is like making a to-do list that everyone can collaborate on. It's really cool that you can make a task with a due date, create a checklist within that task, upload relevant files directly to that task , and assign people to that task.

CONS: Nothing! Hitask is the best tool that I've come across in regards to organizing something big into little, do-able pieces, especially when the task involves a bunch of people.

PROS: Hitask is a great business collaboration platform. It provides tools such as a task management, document attachments, time tracking, and project management integrated in a collaborative environment. Users can comment and share files with each other in an easy way.

CONS: The chat feature can be better or even an integration with Slack, Stride, or others can be a solution to get better for communication. This is a tiny detail but can make Hitask much sleeker.

PROS: It's easy to collaborate with others, to set deadlines, to comment on problems.

CONS: Dates UI could be improved.
