PROS: The question bank contains a lot of highly essential information that is very useful. The tests are also categorized according to various levels of difficulty. IM plays a significant role in choosing the right applicants regardless of the position they are applying for.
CONS: We were able to check the online programming test questions. Some items need revisions so candidates can increase their chances of passing and getting hired.

PROS: I appreciate this product very much. It has a fantastic platform and it provides high-quality testing to job seekers that are easy to monitor. Also, it gives accurate reports which aid me in making the right decisions.
CONS: I have noticed that the software comes with a lot of add-ons or features. I am not sure if all of them are essential. It would be nice if the company could add a walkthrough that would make things easier to follow. Other than that, Interview Mocha is a great product.

PROS: For us to assess or gauge the skill set of an applicant, proper testing should be given. IM is a unique platform that specializes in online testing. The app itself can be customized, it's easy to use, and it allows multiple users to access the platform resulting in an efficient hiring process.

We were able to work with Roshan and Aditya, who never ceases to give all us their 100% support in using Interview Mocha. They can easily create and modify online assessments that would suit your business needs. They make sure that you would be able to accurately assess each candidate and make sure to hire only qualified individuals who fit the role.
CONS: So far, they are doing a great job with the software. But should the company wishes to add more assessments; hopefully, they should focus on questions in an essay form rather than multiple choices.

PROS: The software comes with hundreds of online tests that we can give our applicants. Also, it is possible to request special assessments depending on the qualifications that our company is looking for. Filtering candidates used to be a stringent process before we discovered Interview Mocha.
CONS: So far what I like about the software is that it is user friendly, all of our staff in the recruitment team loves using it. Although there were some minor problems in terms of usability in the past, the company behind Interview Mocha was able to fix things right away.

PROS: Preparing test questions for an applicant takes time. However, by using this recruitment application, it makes the entire process more comfortable and more efficient. It also cuts the recruitment process into half so my staff can accomplish more tasks.
