What is good is they have a support team that you can call seven days a week. If there is something that you need to know, look for it in the FAQ section. CONS: I am wondering why a lot of companies are not aware of Interview Mocha. They should know more about this product that is very helpful in selecting candidates.

They make sure that you would be able to accurately assess each candidate and make sure to hire only qualified individuals who fit the role.

CONS: So far, they are doing a great job with the software. But should the company wishes to add more assessments; hopefully, they should focus on questions in an essay form rather than multiple choices.

PROS: The software comes with hundreds of online tests that we can give our applicants. Also, it is possible to request special assessments depending on the qualifications that our company is looking for. Filtering candidates used to be a stringent process before we discovered Interview Mocha.

CONS: So far what I like about the software is that it is user friendly, all of our staff in the recruitment team loves using it. Although there were some minor problems in terms of usability in the past, the company behind Interview Mocha was able to fix things right away.
