CONS: I don’t have any complaints, only wish I had started using it sooner. We could have closed plenty more deals if we had used the system in our entire company.

PROS: LiveHive’s SmartPath has helped to automate my follow up process. My emails are now composed based on the prospects’ engagement with my previous emails. I can learn about their behavior and tailor personalized and more effective messages to target promising prospects.
CONS: I used to get too many notifications, so I started using LiveFeed for notifications. I have also arranged to get real-time notifications instead of having them deposited in my inbox.

PROS: I really appreciate the LiveFeed feature which notifies me when my emails are opened and forwarded and when the recipient clicks on a link within the email. This feature allows me to learn what’s happening with my content and emails in real time.
CONS: I’m interested only in the content management, hence would like to subscribe to a lower cost package that offers only LiveFeed and content engagement features.

PROS: I like that LiveHive informs me about who is viewing my content and emails. I can set up nurture paths based on where prospects are in the funnel. I can use email sequencing to set up separate programs for warm and hot leads. And I can do all this in just minutes. The app lets me personalize my pitches as required and it is easy to manage once you start using it.
CONS: You need to put in some effort to build templates to make the most of automation which will make your daily tasks easier. I appreciate the help provided by the amazing LiveHive team while I was ramping up.

PROS: I rate the rule-based, automated email campaign sequencing feature as the best in the market. The app is easy to set up and use and offers detailed analytics on the effectiveness of my campaigns. Plus, I can get additional leads by tracking the people who get emails forwarded to them by the original recipients.

PROS: For me, the highlight is the email tracking functionality. It allows me to see who opens and reads my email and the attachments they view.
CONS: The notifications are really useful but too many of them fill up my inbox. But they show that my messages are effective and well-received. You can also change the settings so that you don’t get the notifications if you don’t want them.
