PROS: I can have all my contacts and their info in one accessible location. Regular tasks can be made through action plans. E-mail templates makes it easy to connecte to my regular clients. I can make UDF additions for tracking and sort out data I like.
CONS: Programs for direct use can be linked to my office phone. This makes it easier to call clients and prompt call logging whenever I pick up a call. Sadly, I no longer see these features on my phone.

PROS: Its online system is easy to navigate as it gave me all the data I need in a single screen without having to scroll endlessly. This gives me build a brief contact history with current prospects while enhancing call quality.
CONS: Its pages could need to be colored a bit differently. This makes it easier to identify the section you're currently in.

PROS: The ease-of-use and speed for first time users is unmatched to any software product I've ever demonstrated or used. Fast customer support and customization is a strong asset, also. The software speed - either on the desktop or mobile version - is fantastic...excellent experienced, qualified technology partner.
CONS: Cannot think of any problems - been using versions of this since the early-mid 90s and it's rock solid.

PROS: Maximizer organizes everything and keeps me on top of things. It all begins with an individual or company and this tool does a tremendous job linking tasks, notes, appointments, e-mails, and notes together. I make use of Maximizer for just about everything since I only wanted to settle for place where I can easily make my searches.
CONS: I love just about everyhing that Maximizer is offering. If there's one aspect they need to work on, it's synchronization with Outlook.

PROS: I find Maximizer to be user friendly. You can document just about anything from clients in a single database consisting of data, notes, and files. Their calendar is perfect handling multiple users.
CONS: There have been instances where Maximizer would mysteriously log you out or shut down for no reason. Faulty integration is noticeable between Maximizer's own calendar and the Outlook calendar. From time to time, the platform would run really slow.

PROS: This CRM can be modified to meet our business structure.
CONS: It's susceptible for any user to incorrectly input contacts. I wish all of my clients' addresses and phone numbers are uniformly arranged. A G-mail integration would be great.

PROS: I've had Maximizer since the 90s and just recently, I made the upgrade to the online version. I constantly use it abd it's been helpful to me since day one.
CONS: There's no much to not like with this tool. I expected it to be customizable but I often use it for basic contact management.

PROS: I've used Maximizer for a number of years and I find it very simple to use. It does a fairly good job in organizing opportunities and leads for our business and is an valuable tool for day-to-day work. As a matter of fact, I spend a bulk of my work using this platform! Setup was straightforward and support are always available to answer any issues.
CONS: It would be nice to see dashboard reporting enhancements.

PROS: With constant research and enhanced consultation, keeping tabs with the latest marketing technolgoy, setup of this CRM is tailored to mesh with our business and facility while helping us meet currently industry compliance. Maximizer offers excellent customer suport and is user friendly.
CONS: I'd like to have a drag-and-drop feature that would make it easy to attach any docs to an e-mail for viewing.
