The least favorable review
PROS: Method rated very high as a CRM that integrates with Quickbooks. We liked the simplicity of the product. Even though it is not created specific to our industry, we thought it would work well for our company. We were told fields could be customized. The initial customer service seemed thorough. But in the end, we wasted time reiterating the same info to multiple reps.
CONS: After speaking with Method employees about the needs of our company, we were sold on two different consulting packages. $2000 and two months later, we still didn't have a functioning tool. They did not deliver what was promised. We heard multiple times there were "glitches" in their system and that "others had said the same thing". It became painfully obvious they have a great concept, but the platform is still in development and not up to par with other CRMs. We had to ask for things like creating functioning fields, fixing broken algorithms, and providing consistent formatting on the entry screens. When we got the CRO involved, she punted it back down the org chart. They would only spend more time if we spent more $. They didn't take responsibility and only refunded a small portion. It's like they stole from our company. I can not recommend Method at all.

PROS: The platform is very clean, easy to navigate and provides everything I needed in a CRM.
CONS: The customization aspect is hard for me. I know code and I edit wordpress websites a lot but the editing tables, forms, and screens are all so interconnected you had to update one and then go and update another to have everything working correctly. It was just a lot to do and a lot to remember how to do every time you needed to make a change.

PROS: Method CRM is quite comprehensive. It can store so much customer information, is customizable, and the search capabilities are very good.
CONS: I encountered some problems with consistency in integration with QB's online. We always have problems with it running on our Citrix server and losing connection with QB's. We have to constantly get a hold of our IT guys to re-sync them. It may be caused by few issues and might not just be because of Method itself.

PROS: The best aspects of this product is the 'easy going' use of it. It is linked to Quickbooks so we could track the process from quotes to invoices. The Mobile App is very helpful, now my office is my cellphone, not even my desktop or laptop but my mobile device, most of the time I am traveling here and there, selling, I use my cellphone for everything, Method has the app that simplifies my job.
CONS: I think it could be better if it has more training materials.

PROS: QuickBooks Online does not have the function to enter internal notes for the invoices for the salespeople to review without the customer knowing on their statements. And we no longer have to give out statements to customers anymore when we can give them customer portals instead to clarify which transactions the customers have paid for and what they have still open and pending.
CONS: Method CRM has a significant learning curve. It does not reduce the work of the salespeople, but rather adds the time they spend on their invoices, because they have not yet learned how to use Method CRM as their focal program; they always have to keep checking between QBO and Method CRM.

PROS: Ultimate customizability - almost anything can be modified, added, removed, adjusted, etc. to your pleasure, letting you make it perfect for your business. Real time two-way sync to QuickBooks is a great plus as well.

PROS: Works with Quickbooks... that is the only reason we purchased it.
CONS: Did not end up working with our particular needs. The biggest problem is that we prepaid everything up front which was over $2,000. When we decided not to use it anymore we could not get our money back. Instead of cancelling, I dropped our plan to the lowest cost in case we ever wanted to revisit the product. 18 months later, I still had $1,500 in our prepayment account but it expires on the 18th month. I know it was our fault that we didn't do our research before we paid the whole amount up front... we should have stayed on a month to month service until we completed our evaluation. But the whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth and when talking to them, I have to wonder if this is even a US based company because the whole thing doesn't even sound legal.

PROS: QuickBooks integration is great for sales and cost transparency, the CRM is actually customizable for a layperson and they now have good tutorials for almost every aspect of Method, the customer support will always be able to guide you. They are infinitely patient and immediately responsive.
CONS: Better documentation is needed on some things or expanded to include all aspects of app packs. Method.me came out and rescinded a lot of things that were free or more easily accessible in Classic so the learning curve on how to implement them the same way is a bit much. And please give updated documentation on Method Report Designer; I know it's probably not used much anymore but it's been very useful for us!

PROS: Integration with Quickbooks and Mailchimp is perfect. You have everything you need a click away like invoices, estimates but also you can export your clients to a specific list in Mailchimp. Love it.
CONS: You need to have some technical knowledge to add custom fields in your contact information for example. But after you figured out how it works, it is pretty straightforward.

PROS: As a sales rep this is a very useful tool for me and my company. The ability keep on top of transactions of each customer and see when they last purchased is a great help. We use the Activities as a great way to notate all interactions with our customers to keep everyone on the same page. This is a great tool to help any sales team improve their sales opportunities and in an efficient manner.
CONS: Some of the online tutorials/guides do not contact a lot of detail around their subjects. We have also been experiencing issues with Syncing between Quick Books and Method, but have not fully determined the issue.
They were very helpful and fast. My problem was resolved within minutes of me asking for help!

PROS: Our company uses quickbooks for all accounting so the fat that method allows to sync our work directly makes everything so much easier for us.

PROS: Very easy to use, the browser interface is very easy to use. Syncs with Quickbooks flawlessly and saved our company a TON on cloud hosting. Allows my sales team to complete orders without having to potentially gunk up our company file. Makes it very easy to consolidate our customers in a digestible fashion for our Sales team.
CONS: The email tracking support is OK at best, other CRMs definitely works better for direct communication. If you don't use QuickBooks, I don't see a reason to use Method, but if your business is based of QB, Method is the easiest and cheapest way to give cloud functionality to your tema without giving a full seat of QB to EVERYONE.

PROS: simple user format with out to much information but all if more information is needed then you can customize fields to reflect the data you need for your business! I also love the customer service - if I have a question I have options to contact - email, chat window & phone - and Method actually answeres their phones :)

CONS: I've noticed that when the sync engine is operating, there is a slow-down of QB. To be fair, my client us using QBE on a server, which is not the optimum environment for MethodCRM

PROS: Two years ago, our IT expert thought it was time to move from QuickBooks to NetSuite during a stage of rapid growth. We indeed needed efficiencies between our accounting and rest of the company. But the cost of leaving QuickBooks and adopting a new system would be massive. So glad we found Method, as we can grow with Method + QuickBooks. QuickBooks for accounting, and Method for everything else. The sync is seamless, and the level of customization we have done has allowed us to automate everything NetSuite would have given us as a fraction of the cost and fraction of the time. We are 2 years in now, and we keep growing what we do with Method, and our company has doubled in size over that time. I can't speak highly enough about the level of service Method provides. Every person I talk to is knowledgeable, friendly, and interested in how they can help our company grow and be more efficient.. I can't speak highly enough about Method and their team.
CONS: I would like to see more integration with inventory systems so that product prices could automatically sync with my CRM.

PROS: The product was easy to install and establish a link with QuickBooks Enterprise. I like that fact that it is web based for ease of access no matter where you are. It have a very clean look and so far appears pretty user friendly, and the be frank, the integration with QuickBooks is our number one priority.
CONS: I've had some syncing issues but my biggest problem has been accessing support. I am in my 30 day trial period and contacting Method via phone is IMPOSSIBLE, and when trying to contact via their chat, they do not respond in a timely manner. Timely to me is within a couple of hours, these guys are just TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Overall impression
We attempted to use Method so that we could seamlessly integrate our quoting, invoicing and payments into our accounting system. Not only did the payment integration have to be built (which they attempted to build while we were working with them and paying licence fees) but to quote properly we needed some customization as the software was not flexible to meet our needs. Obtaining consulting time from Method was challenging and after being twice their initial time estimate, there was no end in sight to getting a proper quoting tool. We have switched to Zoho and are receiving much more prompt replies and have commenced processing payments in two days after spending months of wasted time with Method.
