PROS: MightyCall is cloud-based and easy to set up. It eliminates the need for servers and Ethernet cables. It works perfectly for the needs of my small company.

CONS: We would have a better experience with MightyCall if we were given more control over who gets access to voicemails.

CONS: Customer service is the WORST ever. They do not answer calls, and getting an answer via email can take weeks of sending repeated requests, even when the request for help is extremely urgent, like when there's a problem with the system

PROS: This software’s call flow features stood out for us and is the main reason we chose it over other similar products. It has several other features that proved to be beneficial for us later on, including its team management and call recording features. It works better for us than our previous solution and we are satisfied with the results that we get for the price we pay.

CONS: We encountered a minor issue concerning the unavailability of a phone number during our first few hours with MightyCall. Moreover, their international rates are quite higher than is ideal for us.

PROS: MightyCall is a good option for those who are looking for a straightforward and cost-friendly VoIP. It lets you use multiple numbers and makes things more convenient with a mobile app version.

PROS: MightyCall presents you with several phone system options and comes with several good features. It allows you to direct calls to employees using a phone menu, create and forward voicemails, use decision trees, and manage schedules. It is highly customizable and can be set up to match the needs of your company. It is also easy to resolve issues in case of receiving negative feedback.

CONS: Calls through this platform would be more easily identifiable if they were coming from the same number. It can be quite challenging to set it up for optimal use because of the many options for customization. This initial process provides us with versatility in the long run though.

PROS: 1. On demand (during working hours) customer service. EXCELLENT. No w need to call an 800 # and verify account which always takes forever. 2. The BEST priced out there for the services you get. 3. You own your dialer, and can use it on ANY device where you sign in to your account. (side note: I was with phone.com and it was a huge rip off as you had to buy a license for each device. Horrible customer service there too I need to add. Mighty Call ranks much better than phone.com and I should know since I was with them six solid years)

CONS: So far I don't have complaints.

PROS: I love the Mightycall software, because allows us to adapt to our customers’ needs and to help them immediately. They have wonderful and of course very helpful features such as: Call forwarding and routing, Click-to-Call phone number for those who use mobile devices, great and professional call center greetings. Also, I need to mention that you have free trial version, the price is great as well.

CONS: What I don’t like about this software is that they constantly increase their prices. For e.g. the basic plan is now $20, the free account is only for 14 days- trial version. They have constant updates and price hikes.
