PROS: OrangeHRM made our HR key tasks automatic. Now, it is possible to apply for leave online and have them granted without the need to do paperwork or manually maintain reports of balances. Also, it is easier to manage working days and hours through the management dashboard such as assigned leave days, half days, the weekends, and even holidays.
CONS: It can't provide detailed reports and we were not able to integrate Orange HRM with other 3rd party support tool the could connect assigned support tickets with its timesheet.

PROS: I love that this tool has many features. The user interface was designed perfectly and is very easy to use. I can monitor the performance of each employee and can assist them quickly.
CONS: Since we purchased this software, we expect that we can use it whenever we need to. However, it automatically stops working sometimes and that is really frustrating.

PROS: I like that it has several other features. The capacity to figure out how to build and manage assistance is very useful too. It's very user-friendly making it easier to handle any job. The UI is also outstanding and limitless.
CONS: It keeps crashing oftentimes. It's annoying when it does that especially that it's a paid service and we're expecting more from it.

PROS: OrangeHRM's simplicity allows us to use even without much experience with it. It also has numerous modules to monitor the leaves of employees, their attendance, management of timesheets, productivity monitoring, and recruitment.
CONS: Orange HRM often encounters crashes and errors making it difficult to grant leave requests, which is very tiring because it needs us to do other manual ways. Also, the version we had has no benefits management module. It would've been a great plus.

PROS: It's the top 1 in HR management because it has many features and other features can be added too since it's an open-access software. This makes it flexible to what we require aside from the resources it already provides. It displays easy and quick info about staff, distinctly displaying their profiles.
CONS: You need to know deeper about this tool for you to be able to add other features you need. However, being an open-source it's a little expensive and I think they should also consider small businesses for a cheaper package.

PROS: OrangeHRM has many great features such as multiple function tools which you can monitor your personnel efficiency and the recruitment process along with support, permits, and timesheet management. Above all, it's very user-friendly that makes it easier for any staff to manage whatever their background with this kind of tool.
CONS: There are a few minus points as it has a lot to improve and refine. Some versions don't provide a decent benefit management framework which should have been their massive advantage. It usually crashes and fails to do even some basic tasks.

PROS: They really did a great job and it is used by many companies. The support desk is streamlined and answers quickly. The PIM also makes human resource data even more realistic and accurate. Also, the license administration is so easy. I can track my workers' performance regularly too with their sophisticated metrics. OrangeHRM saves us time which is very valuable to us and increases employee productivity. It standardized our recruitment process too. I also liked the role management and the user feature. It's very well designed.
CONS: It's not popular compared to other software. I also hoped that there are more guided instructions on how to use and connect the cloud service.
