PROS: The Parature is a cloud based SaaS software, and this means that I can have access from any location, also I can access the account when my Pc is having problems or if I am doing some transfer from one OS to another.
CONS: Instead of removing attachments when a ticket is closed they could work on the ability to store all the attachments when the ticket is closed.

PROS: I love how the platform is flexible to our needs, we can make changes easily. Also, the Ticket/customer modules are accurate and arranged well. All the updates for administrative tools make the work much easier.
CONS: I can see snapshot in time, but after some period the trending doesn’t exist.

PROS: Parature is a user-friendly software, and provides you with multiple choices to run your business, such as: IT, HR, etc. and for your business needs (for e.g. critical, important, etc.) The great thing is that the text box is large, so the customers may describe their issue in detail or to ask questions.
CONS: I need to manually enter my manager’s email address when needed. I want to change this, it’s time wasting to enter a mail over and over again.

PROS: I can easily link knowledgebase articles into ticket post, and combination with Easy Answer helps me to avoid answering same questions over again.
CONS: I found that email ticket filters cannot avoid tickets and accounts based on Spam mails.

PROS: Parature is great CRM platform. It allows us to customize interaction with our clients, also their resources are very helpful. Even though the platform does have some limitation, it is very helpful for my company.
CONS: The integration with Salesforce is little slow, maybe they don’t have many customers using this integration and that’s why we need some time to accomplish our tasks.

PROS: The product is very customizable and user-friendly, also, the implementation team is very helpful and easy to work with, and they are very accommodating. And I need to say that I like the platform’s Adhoc reporting features.
CONS: The platform is limited with integration of other products. Also, they need to work on their support team because they are not very responsive.

PROS: The platform is very flexible, and that’s what I need for my business. We provide new products all the time and at first we had no idea how many contacts to expect, thankfully this software grows with our business too. You can start small and as your business grows the platform grows with you.
CONS: The set up was complicated, but at the end, thanks to some demonstrations and trainings, was easy to run the platform.

PROS: I like how the Parature team is serious about their work and wants to help you to achieve more and more. They provide you with weekly training sessions on technical and customer service topic, they really want to include their customer in all types of user groups. Parature, helps us in building a product and invests time to achieve great results.
CONS: It’s more like suggestion than a dislike, they could pre-build web widgets for all management systems and blogs, and it would compete well with other services.
