PROS: I like being able to access my contacts on my phone, on my desktop, my Outlook email, and everywhere else. It has everything I need including the search function, being able to tag and organize my contacts. It just works for me.

CONS: I wish I could easily find the other features, including how to scan business cards and convert them into a file for my contacts list. When I finally fount it though, it's so easy and I use it all the time.
