PROS: I love the task tracking feature. It allows me to see how much time we're spending on one task. Through that, I can properly delegate tasks and set deadlines, which will both work for us and our clients. We can do a lot in the tool such as assets proofing and mark-up.

CONS: In the current version, creating a list is required before we can create a task. Sometimes the list isn't necessary, so making it mandatory makes no sense in some cases. I wish they would make it optional. We cannot also sync its calendar to Google calendar.

PROS: The best software out there that can help you get things on track. With it’s organizing tools, reviewing tools, it has made the whole process of completing our tasks easier. It has been a reliable tool for us to use in our work every day. The office feels more transparent now and there is relatively very less confusion with the allotted tasks.

CONS: Overall, ProofHub has given us an effortless system of work to stick to and there aren’t many problems until we have to switch to other applications for communication and keeping records. ProofHub is indeed everything under one roof however it lacks integrations.

PROS: This affordable app helps project managers improve their team's dynamics and productivity. I like that it has a customer relationship management (CRM) function! That means I can use this app to communicate and collaborate, not only with my team but with our clients as well. Our efficiency and quality of our outputs definitely improved ever since we started using ProofHub.

CONS: Our team cannot think of any downside. This app is perfect.

PROS: This software is the perfect tool for project management. The interface is straightforward making it easier for me to organize and track tasks. The app also notifies you whenever there's progress or changes in the projects.

CONS: I hope it can integrate more third-party apps in the future.

PROS: This software doesn't only serve my team well, but our clients as well! We use ProofHub as a reference when discussing projects with our clients. It shows the team and the clients' clear workflow and project plan through the Gantt chart feature. This sets expectations and clear targets for both parties. It's really an interactive app! It allows me to organize team taskings quite easily. I also love how it's integrated perfectly with Google Calendar.

CONS: Moving to Proofhub from our old software is quite a hassle. It took us time and lots of effort to finally be able to migrate plans from the old one to ProofHub.

PROS: This software helps in managing various tasks within a project through its amazing functions and user-friendly interface. It gives you an extra eye to check on the status of different components or aspects of a project.

CONS: ProofHub can still be improved in terms of integration with other apps especially in matters like billing and invoicing.

PROS: ProofHub is an intuitive and straightforward app. It's an essential platform that our team uses to collaborate internally and with clients. Pricing is insanely affordable for such amazing functions. It has a fixed price plan and doesn't charge per user.

CONS: Third-party integrations are a little limited. I hope the developers could do something about that.

PROS: ProofHub allows us to collaboratively manage our projects as a team. It's an all-around app that doesn't only solve tasking issues, but it goes all the way to make planning, monitoring, and reporting so much easier. Its wide variety of features (from planning tools like Gantt charts to monitoring tools such as timesheets) is definitely the biggest strength of this software.

CONS: I hope integrations with more third-party apps will soon be possible. It's currently very limited.

PROS: This software is a brilliant platform that gets all the people involved in a project in one place. Here they can all work together, make updates, and brainstorm ideas.

CONS: It would be nice to customize the reports so we can actually get data that we need.

PROS: ProofHub works perfectly for a remote team. It really helps a lot in terms of productivity because of its features that allow the team to collaborate more effectively even if we're not physically together. It helps our team to track our work progress and reach our targets. It has amazing features comparable to the features of a similar, but more expensive app.

CONS: Integrations with other apps are very limited. We're using Slack and Harvest, and we're hoping we could link them with ProofHub soon.

PROS: After scouring the market for the best project management tool, my team and I finally discovered ProofHub. We use it to stay on track of our project timelines and, so far, I have been loving how easy it is to oversee projects now. The layout is simple and customizable. Not to mention, I can take a birds-eye view of all the tasks on our pipeline and take note of their deadlines.

CONS: While they do allow customizations, there is still little wiggle room. I hope that they would give us more freedom to tweak the layout.

PROS: Thanks to its availability on mobile, I can now oversee tasks and projects even when I am away from the office. There can be individual dashboards created for each big project too—with excellent tracking features as that. If you want to get a feel of the tool before committing to a premium account, you can do so for a maximum of 30 days.

CONS: I have noticed a few lags in the software, but this might just be chalked up to my faulty internet connection. I would also prefer to just purchase the license rather than pay a recurring monthly bill for subscription. I hope the owners would consider this as an option too.

PROS: Proofhub is a great project management tool! If you're looking for a platform where you can almost do every essential task in project management, Proofhub is your guy. It has a lot of functions that are really useful for me such as Gantt charts and Kanban board. I can also work on different tasks at the same time -- from notetaking to file sharing, from assigning tasks to reporting. It's awesome! I also love how easy on the eyes the user interface is. It helps me get the focus I much needed. The app also works pretty well regardless of how fast your internet connection is!

CONS: Since it has so many features, it might get confusing if you're a first time user. Just take the time to learn it!

PROS: ProofHub is the best management tool for all types of managers. It makes management tasks easier and more effective. It's not pricey. It improves team productivity. It makes collaboration more enjoyable. This app is amazing.

CONS: The integration of other apps to this software is almost impossible. Options are limited. I hope they can do something about it.

PROS: ProofHub makes our team more effective in delivering every output! Since the app allows us to take an overall glance at the whole workflow, every team member can now easily plan and manage their time. Less room for confusion because we're all basically looking at the same project plan.

CONS: So far, nothing bad. But I really think it can do better when there are more app integrations.

PROS: If you are on the lookout for an uncomplicated project management tool, then you have got to check out ProofHub. Its dashboard is very simple and anyone can learn it with ease. You can choose to customize if you wish to also. I have also been using this on the field because it is, thankfully, available on my mobile device. Its pricing is reasonable too. They have a well-trained support team to answer any questions we have.

CONS: I know a lot of users would agree that ProofHub’s pricing and budgeting features are quite lacking.

PROS: Choosing to sign up to ProofHub was one of the best decisions. With it, we can now track our projects better and make sure that deadlines are being met. It’s a lot easier to work with a team thanks to this platform. For one, communication is much more open and the call for long meetings (mostly to ask for updates) are no longer necessary. One can just log in to ProofHub and see who’s working on which project.

CONS: The desktop version is absolutely great. However, there is no app version available for iMac yet. I’m imploring the developers to please add one.

PROS: The best thing about Proofhub is that if you get such a great deal with the software with all the features you get to have with pricing that is not costly to have.

CONS: There is nothing I dislike about the tool.

PROS: Signing up to ProofHub’s premium account was such a great decision. Talking strictly from the monetary point of view, one would have a hard time to find a tool that is loaded with this much features at a very affordable rate.

CONS: It’s the best tool in the market. I can easily exchange ideas and give updates on tasks that I am working on. I have nothing bad to share about ProofHub.

PROS: It’s actually quite surprising how a tool that is packed with features can be so easy to use at the same time. One would think that you’d be overwhelmed with how much ProofHub has to offer, but alas, the learning curve was short if not nonexistent. This has changed the way we view and complete tasks. Paying for that monthly subscription was one of the best things we have done to elevate our team’s productivity.

CONS: The nature of our work requires us to maintain a really, really vast database. If ProofHub could develop a way for us to organize our uploaded files better, then we would be really grateful and happy about this.

PROS: Getting up to speed with ProofHub’s features was quite fast because it’s so straightforward and easy to learn. I love that I am now able to chat with my teammates on the tool itself. Tasks are also much less overwhelming because we can trim it down into subtasks rather than assigning one big task to a single person. We can also see the progress of a project through a Gantt chart.

CONS: ProofHub wasn’t exactly designed for slow internet connections, so it takes a while for me and my team to load pages. The rate is also a little expensive if you ask me.

PROS: ProofHub has all the features that one would typically look for in a management tool. The environment is not too busy, everything is just within reach, and it is very easy to use. If you don’t like the default environment, you are given the freedom to tweak it as you desire too. If you need to be on the field, you have access to the files too because ProofHub is available on mobile. Impressed? I am too. To top this all off, this is all wrapped in a very affordable package.

CONS: It would be nice to have more options for setting and managing financial assets.

PROS: Proofhub is user friendly, intuitive, and loaded with great features. It is easy to learn the software. With all the useful features in one tool, we don’t have to sign up for several tools and waste time syncing them all together.

CONS: It's more of a suggestion, but we would want to organize all our files better than what it is currently, in the files section. Something like folders would probably work best.
