CONS: When we purchased the solution, almost everything was in its launching phase. But eventually, they improved the service and the tools they provide.

PROS: The quality of our calls has improved without spending a significant amount of money. CrazyCall is a solution that you won’t regret using. It is very easy to manage, the sound quality is very good, there’s built-in email functionality, the customer service team is very responsive and attentive to end user’s needs, and any more. We are even able to easily generate different types of reports. All functionalities and tools available are helpful to the team.

CONS: The platform is web-based so initially, our worries are related to the connection. But after using the system for a while, we discovered it won’t be a problem. Everything is great and we had an awesome experience. It’s easy to use and offers a lot of helpful functionalities such as the file transfer which is functionality not available in other similar products. The sound quality is good. We are able to handle stuff fast. And whenever we had problems with the system, we were able to reach the support team and receive a response immediately.

PROS: We had an amazing experience using CrazyCall right from the start and I highly recommend it to call center firms looking for a tool that will take their game to a whole new level. The tools and functionalities available will help you ensure that no opportunity is missed.

PROS: I like the dashboard. It's easy to read and use. The dialer is efficient and the call panel is great. I just love this software. It provides everything we need to manage a team and successfully pull off a campaign.

CONS: The platform is not that stable yet and we occasionally encounter glitches when making script. Also, I find reporting a bit lacking.

PROS: It offers a lot of incredible features and functions yet remains very easy to use. The ability to always monitor the team and their tasks wherever I am, even when I'm not in our office is incredible and very helpful in ensuring that everyone does their job. It also helps me remain updated on any probable conflicts. Aside from that, I can also check the progress of our campaigns. Overall, CrazyCall is an amazing tool to use if you want your team to become more efficient and productive.

CONS: Errors occur when writing scripts. Platform stability is also a concern.

PROS: We are able to accommodate and pull off campaigns of any size or level, thanks to the wide range of available tools. There's also the up-to-date email integration feature and amazing general configuration. Overall, the service is great.

CONS: Things are still in progress. Social networks are not yet fully integrated. Hopefully, they finish and fix things up soon.
