PROS: The only redeeming factor is that the most basic possible features work.

CONS: The livechat software behaves like it was developed by beginner programmers and the support team has been equally useless. Try talking to them yourself and you'll quickly notice the broken English and unhelpful replies. Save yourself the headache and stick with a more established company instead.
