CS support needs some improvements. Still, as a customer, I can say that I’m happy with the app.

PROS: I can use Scheduflow on both my laptop and cellphone. Everything is in sync, and I rarely encounter significant issues. I am confident that the system processes all the appointments that I book remotely.
CONS: I think that the user interface needs more improvements. Make it more attractive, enticing, and user-friendly. But whatever its appearance is I’m still satisfied that it works the way that it should be.
Everything is convenient with Scheduflow, it keeps appointments scheduled efficiently.

PROS: I make it a habit to plan all my meetings and appointments two weeks in advance. With Scheduflow, I do not have to worry about mixing up schedules because it helps me put everything into place. Less stress on my end, which I very much appreciate.
CONS: Certain bugs need to be fixed and addressed. I already raised an issue with CS telling them that I missed some crucial appointments because it failed to remind me. I’m just thankful that my clients are understanding, so they allowed me to reschedule instead.
Scheduflow is worth having, it keeps your appointments organized throughout the day.

PROS: Planning for meetings and appointments has always been my weakest point. I’m thankful that I was able to discover Scheduflow because I was able to fix things in less than a week.
CONS: It took m a few days to learn the app. I was challenged with its UI since I’m not skilled in using platforms similar to this one. But after several training sessions, I can say that all is well.
