Square Appointments Review

PROS: Our customers are at ease with using Square Appointments because of the familiarity of the Square family of products. They also like to use it because it is intuitive and does not require in-depth technical knowledge. And if ever problems arise, the Square customer service team is prompt in resolving them.

CONS: I have no problems regarding the app, really, though I wish Square Appointments receives regular enhancements.

PROS: It is easy to set up and use. Unlike other apps, Square Appointments doesn’t come with so many graphic designs that just make the app more complicated. It is clean and very functional. It lets us set up multiple schedules for multiple people. It works just right for our needs.

CONS: I don’t have any complaint with its designs and overall look. I love its simplicity, in fact! However, for those who are looking for a nice-looking app that has some jaw-dropping graphics, Square Appointments might not be your best pick.

PROS: Square Appointments is an easy-to-use software that is perfect for small business. Setting it up is also fast and easy. The setup process only took less than an hour to finish!

CONS: Generally, the software is great! What doesn’t impress me is their customer support. I wish they will do something to improve their service.

PROS: Square Appointments is a convenient-to-use and accessible software for my company and my clients. It also gives me the ability to view calendars and connect them to other calendars. Amazing how it does this!

CONS: The only problem I encounter with this app is its inability to save all the details entered. This is quite stressful for me since I need to re-enter them to be saved in the system.

PROS: With Square Appointments, I can keep my clients list separate from my personal contacts. The app also helps me keep a list of my services, organize my client profiles, and allow customers to set up appointments. Aside from these things, I like how the tool is customizable.

CONS: There seems to be a problem with the app's notification feature because it does not alert me when I have an upcoming schedule. Instead of me reading push notifications, I have to check the app manually.

PROS: With this tool, it is super easy for us to book schedules, know the upcoming appointments, connect with our clients, and more. Although this software is primarily created for scheduling or booking, there are a lot of helpful features it offers if you try to explore a little. It even sends alerts so clients will be reminded of the upcoming appointment.

CONS: Any changes made about the client’s info during the booking process will not be saved. For instance, when I need to change the client’s name while booking them through my phone, the software won’t permit it. I need to finish scheduling and return to edit the data.

PROS: The best thing about Square Appointments is its free platform. It is also easy-to-use that my clients can book their haircut appointments with me without difficulty straight on my business website.

CONS: It's sad that I cannot customize appointments to my industry.

PROS: The easy-to-use platform is the best feature of the app because it makes appointment booking faster!

CONS: The one thing I do not like about Square Appointments is that I can only add one employee to a service. For example, if I have a couple coming in for a massage together, I cannot appoint two available workers for the task!

PROS: There are so many things I like about Square Appointments but the one that stands out is its ability to show clients our calendar and to let them book their appointments online. It is also helpful that it can send automatic alerts that we can configure for each customer. I also enjoy how Square Appointments lets me manage my schedule from a computer or phone. Additionally, I like how the app is fully configurable and is easily integrated with my website. Because of these things, I feel like I have a receptionist I can count on!

CONS: It would be nice if I can easily identify my active clients from my inactive customers.

PROS: I like how Square Appointments helps make setting up appointment easy and fast. It also lets me view calendars and see any updates there.

CONS: The app continuous to make appointments even in specific off hours, and this one thing I don’t like about Square Appointments.

PROS: I love that fact that it allows our clients to book their photo-shoot appointments online. It even lets us categorize our clients to know who among them are regular customers. With Square Appointments, we can also collect payments upon the booking process, send emails or text reminders to clients, and more. We also set company hours and generate time slots for days where we have multiple projects.

CONS: I don’t like that I cannot use the service to sync Google Calendar with my personal schedules. I need to do this to let clients book even in off hours. I have tried some methods, but nothing works. So to make things possible for me, I need to set the company hours and launch this system to remove off dates, so clients can book even if I am not actually available.

PROS: At first, I was cynical about the tool because I might lose control over my scheduling. Square proved me wrong because it allows people to book a service or a host of services online and lets me know about it immediately. This way, I can decide to accept or reject the appointment without further ado. It's also brilliant because I can protect my business from no-shows by implementing a no-show policy. This means that clients have to input their credit card details (not visible to me) so that they are charged automatically in case they do not show up for their appointments.

CONS: It is a hassle that Square does not accept multiple bookings for a single client. I have weekly recurring clients and it would be a boon if Square could just make the appointments automatically or at least allow multiple reservations.

PROS: Square helps me a lot in scheduling appointments with clients. The process is easy because it takes only a few clicks. What is wonderful about Square is that it also serves notifications and alerts to clients so that they don't forget their appointments. Additionally, we find it advantageous that we can show empty slots to clients so that they can choose a time that is most convenient for them. This prevents lengthy phone calls and lets us save a lot of time.

CONS: Some of Square's features have limited customization. If the app's designers can do something about this, it would be awesome since I could have my own working procedure instead of adapting to the tool. I also do not like how there are a ton of features that I cannot figure out how to use. I have scoured the web for information but I have come up empty. If Square can remedy this, clients like me would be happier.

PROS: Square Appointment is easy to use and set up. I like that it can be integrated into my current site. And guess what, I can also take payments using this software and let my clients save their payment details on the system.

CONS: I just want Square Calendar to be integrated with Apple calendar. That would be great. But overall, the software is great. Two thumbs up for its flexibility.
