CONS: There are times when the server becomes too slow, and it can make you lose your momentum.
The least favorable review
PROS: I was a system administrator beween 2008 and 2010 and had the chance to work with the software succession module. Their interface included Flash, and I could describe it as the most sophisticated one I've worked with so far. Customization was a fair deal too, I got to orgaize content my way, and to showcase only information that was relevant to me. Bugs were almost non-existent, which proves there is some heavy-testing prior to every release.
CONS: Not that quick and not that well-connected. Back in the days, there was no option to assign clients as Client Success Managers, and launching Succesion tasks required special work orders. Overall, I took admins some time to cope with the work, but as I said that was back in the days. It should be better now, I think.

PROS: IT is one of the smartest tools that I have ever used in my entire career. I was quickly impressed with SAP SuccessFactors because of its reporting capabilities. It can also be utilized for other purposes such as training, onboarding, and measurement of both individual and group output.
CONS: There are times wherein pulling out performance reports can take so much time. It would be nice we can have any kind of data readily available.

PROS: The app is very convenient to use because it's accessible even outside the office. People love it because they can accomplish things, even using their phones or tablets whenever they're on the go. It also offers seamless integrations with other apps, which adds to HR employees and recruiters' productivity.
CONS: The tool itself undergoes a lot of changes and upgrades each year. I think that they are going overboard on this aspect because every time they implement these changes, we have to adapt to it.

PROS: SAP ensures that all users are well aware of their responsibilities by regularly monitoring their assigned work and running performance. Also, using SAP keeps you on top of your game because it allows you to receive constructive feedback from your superior or your colleagues to find ways to improve yourself.
CONS: I’m looking forward to getting a better experience using SAP soon. Meanwhile, to attain this, I guess they would have to improve and even upgrade their existing features.

PROS: One of the things that I like best about SAP Success Factors is its high level of functionality. Meaning you can use this tool for many things like planning or booking an event, uploading learning modules, tracking employee login, and daily work attendance. We use it in conjunction with our payroll platform making it easier for our accountant to compute for employees' salaries and minimize errors.
CONS: I wish that more users can quickly adapt to the platform by improving the user interface and familiarity of its features. Also, it would be great to address the latency that is happening whenever employees log in at the same time. Sometimes we would need further assistance from customer service to help sort things out.
Keeping track of employee performance has been made easy with the help of SAP Success Factors.

PROS: Majority of the employees are comfortable using this program because of its attractive and smart looking user interface. This tool allows the employees to perform specific tasks such as file for leaves, add/modify information, update personal calendar, create requests, make follow-ups, etc. It also gives employees visibility of their performance scores, making it easier to identify their success and opportunities.
CONS: The system could become slow, especially if many employees are using the tool all at the same time. They should find a better solution to this problem since we highly utilize this tool everyday. Another concern would be the familiarization of the tool itself. Since it comes with many functionalities, you would need to get someone who can facilitate the training of employees so everyone can get up to speed with the program as soon as they join the company. Lastly, they need to step up their game in terms of integration because it needs more work.
It is one of the best HR tools that serve a lot of purposes.

PROS: I've been using this tool since I was an Intern until I transitioned as a full-time HR practitioner. I've always been impressed with SAP Successfactors because of the user-friendly layout that makes it a crowd favorite among employees. It's also known for its cloud-based functionality, making it easy for you to use the platform wherever you may be. As long as you have an internet connection, then you can get some work done on your end. Lastly, it works well with other tools like Skype and Zoom, making it more enjoyable.
CONS: One of the things that I don't like much about SAP Successfactors is its price because I find it costly, which is something that I would not think of recommending to new business owners. I would suggest that they should come up with other packages that are more affordable so they could gain more long term clients. Another thing that I dislike about the product is that it's highly dependent on Internet connectivity. So you won't get any work done if you have a weak or poor connection in your area.
It covers most of our work scope, so there is no need to use more tools to keep things running smoothly.

PROS: They offer full-coverage talent suite for companies similar to ours, and we've seen the consequences on busines results. We operate in a field that requires an open eye for innovations, and that's what Successfactors does for us-it helps us upgrate talent to respond to new market needs.
CONS: We didn't implement Succession and Compensation on time, and that costed much more than actally paying for them in the right moment. I can't wait to have to full suite on my disposal.

PROS: Great performance module for managing matrixed manager relationships, fully pucked with functionality, and doesn't require customization. Easy to install, far better to use, especially if you're dealing with limited training resources.
CONS: We let Learn 2 Platform handle the implementation, and I think we lost some basic functionalities. It could be easier, at least to say. Now we are struggling to import employees and to model data manually, so don’t repeat our mistake.

PROS: I'd tell the SF team to proud of what they do, I've ever seen so many capabilities wrapped in a single product. One could see from the very first moment that the system was designed by amazing professionals with history of knowledge and business experience.
CONS: I'll be frank to prosepective users, support is not reliable! Some team members didn't even know it existed, they wandered between layers and tried multiple times until an issue was resolved. Their release management could also use some improvement, it breaks my processes when I really don't expect it.

PROS: It is not my first time to use SuccessFactors, it has been my faithful partner in almost every company I worked for. It solved many HR problems I had, and I was absolutely satisified with the quality.
CONS: The only part that will exhaust you is implementation, everything else is easy. What you really need to do is to hire professional help, or at least to rely on their support the get the job done.

PROS: Consider it for flawless reporting, even if you’re running a large scale business. You'll love how it pulls reports, exports info and keeps it organized, and that's just the beginning of it! Mastering the system will enable you to proxy in for approval, and to audit actions separately (per role).
CONS: If I could, I'd choose a different way to enter data and to browse. There is a search tool, obviously, but one that gives you a hard time to look for information and to summarize the results you receive.

PROS: A fancy interface, I never faced any trouble using this system. Then, simplicity in navigation. Nothing was out of place, and it felt as familiar as using Amazon, for instance. Best of all, I think they are just going upwards, and by the time you purchase it, it will be significantly improved.
CONS: The same downtime issues as usual. You may dislike that, but a cloud-hosted can really hang you out sometimes. When the database fails, you fail too, and this is the only serious outage hey should solve. I don't think this will be an issue for you, but I dislike that SF was built by aquisitions, and the modules don't seem too connected. They all come from different sources (RMK from Jobs2Web, Learning from Plateu) and that doesn't really help communication.

PROS: I love their futuristc approach, especially the way they treat elearning. Patch by patch, I realized they do care about their feedback, and are doing the impossible to improve our experience.
CONS: For the time being, we are working as a validated SaaS on premise, and we're purusing cloud transition. It is complicated to use SuccessFactors in such situation because we have a 6-months release schedule, and our customization efforts disappear each time we upgrade.

PROS: I am a huge fan of their Employee Central, but this compensation module is also admirable.
CONS: Moving PM forms to V12 in this software will limit your configuration possibility,and the administrative tools are not as good as the ones of P11. I'm not pleased with the Compensation integration either, that somehow 'shook' my positive picture of Employee Central. What could be better is to upload forms as data files, you will have more configuration power.

PROS: When I only remember the doubts I had at the beginning! They were unjustified, but being skeptic is still a good thing-otherwise, I wouldn't have discovered SuccessFactors! We used to have 3 separate platforms to track global learning, and we switched according to our tasks (monitoring, tracking, evaluating). SuccessFactors brought those in the same bag, and I hoestly think its developers knew better how to improve planning and milestones than we did. Luckily for us, they were always around to lend a hand in difficulty, we learned so much from them.
CONS: I am so ashamed to have doubted this program! It is absolutely perfect!
