PROS: Implementing Sumo was seamless and pretty straight-forward. Their Implementation and Support reps are very technical with Salesforce, so any unforeseen complications can be resolved without needing to hire a SF consultant.
CONS: Not much. They're open to feature requests and are responsive to getting those implemented once the use case is understood. Sometimes there are small changes in version releases that reset settings that aren't communicated ahead of time, but that's usually an easy explanation to provide to end users.
