WalkMe is a cloud-based, enterprise-class guidance and engagement platform that radically simplifies the online user experience. It achieves this goal by using tools like pop-up balloons, notification bars and call to action buttons to “walk users through” every step of any process (hence the name “walk me”) until completion.
