PROS: Its report generation is awesome and helpful for us.

CONS: The information stored in the system cannot be deconstructed within the app.

PROS: Accessing profiles and needed information is more leisurely. You can type in keywords and it filters out the candidates and staff for you.

CONS: I hope they can make it more affordable.

PROS: This software does its job well when it comes to talent sourcing and recruitment. It improves our talent management because of its features that allow us to deal with internal and external applicants -- from initial screening to training. It helps the HR department to reach its goals. It also enables the department to manage hiring information that is essential in company reporting.

CONS: There are modules available for use, but the additional ones for business have fees, and it's a bit pricey for small businesses. I'd also like to see some improvement in the features. I hope they make it more intuitive and optimized.

PROS: It is so far the best talent management application that I've ever used. It keeps us on track of everything -- from job openings to the career development of our staff. It's affordable and easy to use. You can easily integrate it into your existing HR process.

CONS: The customization capabilities are a bit limited, so it would not be easy to have multiple clients. I also wish they would improve their customer support services and be more reachable, especially in emergency troubleshooting.

PROS: The user interface is excellent. And, of course, its overall functionality.

CONS: It sometimes runs slow.

PROS: It's a great way to manage your company's talents and skillsets. It puts information in a database that makes it easier to search for talents and skills when necessary.

CONS: There's a steep learning curve.

PROS: The dashboard is easy to learn and use. Our employees in training can easily log in to it and access modules, as well as their scores.

CONS: It takes a while to load sometimes. We also encountered frequent error message pop-ups.

PROS: Taleo can customize fields. It can also generate reports. But most importantly, the information it provides is always up to date because it's cloud-based.

CONS: We encountered bugs that affected our reports, but it was easily resolved.

PROS: Talent management is so much easier with Taleo. It takes care of everything -- from hiring to the assessment of staff performance. It also covers the creation of new posts and partly organizational management.

CONS: They could improve their search function. I also hope they make it more intuitive and easier for beginners.

PROS: It allows us to improve the skills management in our work. It serves as an inventory and assessment tool for our talents' profile, experience, training, and performance. For me, this is the best one in the market yet. Aside from the excellent functionality, the app itself is super easy to use. It's also affordable.

CONS: I find their customer support unreachable at times.

PROS: The software's layout and functions made it easily navigatable. This app is really great for everyday use because it's simple and not stressful to use.

CONS: It doesn't allow users to stay logged in, so I have to log in for every use and it's a bit bothering.

PROS: It has incredible features that are aimed at: (1) referrals; (2) recruitments; (3) internal hiring; and (4) lead generation.

CONS: They should improve on the user interface as it's a bit outdated. It's also slow and has tons of bugs.

PROS: It is a great help for our talent management. The app is easy to use.

CONS: It opens a bit slow in some browsers.
