PROS: TeamWave replaced about four different "silos of information" with one solid system - offering much better organization of our data and work. We've been on the TeamWave platform for nearly one year now and it's hard to imagine how were keep communications with our clients and employees organized before with just emails and hand written notes! TeamWave's value lies in the cross-integration of all assets, including Contacts/Companies, Deals, Tags, Notes, Calendar and Discussions.
CONS: The HR app is very limited so we have to fall back on BambooHR. However the TeamWave support staff have assured us that they will release new features in HR app soon.
