PROS: Velocify is easy to use and you can easily learn how to use it on a daily basis. It’s not complicated at all. It allows me to keep track of all my activities even on monthly basis and campaign basis. I like that I can use the Dial-IQ so I can make quick responses to our leads.
CONS: I’m not sure whether this is my issue or product’s issue, but I think that this tool lack in-depth reports. Whenever I want to see detailed activities for specific time frame some things won’t come up. Also, the call log is not as intuitive when I try to look through and to determine the number of calls I have made on actual day. I’d like to see the number of calls within the reports and the number of contacts made or an ability to select items that we want to see within the report.

PROS: I like the filters and search results I get, also I like that the structure is basic and easy to comprehend it. I can easily navigate it and making it simpler to train others. We look forward to grow even more and we need a tool that would comprehend our growth and teach us. We constantly train out staff how to use Velocify. The team behind this product makes everything to meet our needs.
CONS: It would be great if they could add more filter options, it would be effective if we could create custom filets so we can easily create reports. Even though the dashboard counts action it doesn’t provide detailed report of the actions.

PROS: I like that I can easily keep track of leads and detailed info of the lead. It allows me to call leads through this software. I also like that I can sync the software with my mobile phone.
CONS: It seems like there is a gap with dialing and I feel like I can never win the competition no matter the speed of answering the phone. Also, because there are too many questions I cannot take an app via Velocify. Furthermore, it would be great if they could separate Purchase and Refi templates.

PROS: I like the ability of dialing out the system in less time. It allows me to keep track of leads and to search through the system via mobile so I can verify the calls. The reporting of the loans is extremely helpful feature. I like that I can see counselors’ pipelines, and this is great option for me and my managers.
CONS: I don’t have dislikes about this tool.

PROS: Velocify offers me with ability to send out SMS and emails, I can even send bulk SMS. I like that I can customize this program so it can meet all our needs.
CONS: When hitting back button I cannot go back to the previous page and I cannot easily set up a bulk text, it’s not user friendly and it requires some effort. In addition, I don’t really see the necessity of map and timeline within the account, all I want is to navigate through the calls smoothly and with this new version this is not possible.

PROS: I can easily keep track of my leads and loan profiles. I can easily organize everything with just one click. I’m able to keep all loans progressing through the system and to update the level of completion. I love the color schemes and all its services.
CONS: I don’t like that I can’t just park many loans or to get two loan profiles up head to head so I can do more detailed comparison. Also, it would be great if they could add a feature that will show the price on Velocify so I don’t need programs in order to complete the job, this one will save lot of time and it will provide more value.
