PROS: We've been using Versature for quite a while, but they went over the top when the pandemic hit our business. Their customer support team is incredible. They helped us deactivate some of the lines that we will no longer use and offered a discount to help us financially recover from the pandemic's effects.

CONS: I hope they would soon eliminate the long-distance fees when calling within the country.

PROS: I love their customer support service! They make sure that all issues are resolved before marking our case closed. The device is all working and easy to use. Replacing the devices is never an issue with Versature. It's also easy to renew contracts, even remotely, because they allow us to sign documents using DocuSign.
