PROS: We love its automated journey and funnel features that provide real-time feeds about a user's action on our channels. It lets us properly manage our marketing pipeline for a more interactive experience for a user, depending on their exact point on the journey. This is achievable because WebEngage offers many features that help customize an enjoyable journey for each user. It also has reliable targeting tools that make a user feel relevant along the way. There are many engagement channels in WebEngage as well, such as onsite channel, Facebook, WhatsApp messages as well as push app alerts. We only need to choose one or a few that suit our customers and those that deliver efficient communication and interaction. Lastly, WebEngage also has Rest API and WebHooks plugins for additional support.

CONS: Additional features are needed to improve WebEngage. That includes a portal for analytics with several viewing options. This would let us thoroughly review huge data on a single screen, which is vital for doing quality analysis.

WebEngage can also automate your email campaigns, which helps gain more customers and achieve a broader audience base. It makes your customer interaction more efficient, too, since it lets you communicate with people using different channels.

CONS: The alerts or notification often fails to function. It somehow keeps us from gaining full potential from the tool. It must be fixed and enhanced for better results. However, we are happy with the general function and performance of WebEngage.

PROS: WebEngage lets us enjoy smooth operations and data flow as well as efficient communication on demand. Their services are excellent, including professional technical and success support as well as the quick installation of the product. The technical support personnel is brilliant experts who can solve very complicated and unique issues. In addition, they have a professional team for analysis and development that manages communication, implementation and reporting very well. WebEngage also rolls out new updates for enhancements regularly, and their staff works with us when integrating such features. They really help us by giving importance to our business and operations and pulling down our operational cost by more than a thousand dollars. After all, we do not need to hire outsourcing services because of WebEngage.

CONS: I wish to go to a monthly meeting with the WebEngage staff for a closer working relationship. Fortunately, it has become a reality since it now has a new office in our local place.

PROS: WebEngage has brought significant but new changes to our company. It is an interactive and complete platform that covers much of the tasks that we need to do. First, it has boosted message management in highly intuitive ways. This helps us manage our marketing efforts through automated solutions, thereby making responding to potential clients much smoother and eventually boosting our traffic. And second, it also has a built-in CRM feature, which is also helpful in leading even more traffic to our site. Creating follow-ups is very seamless and intuitive, as well.

CONS: Our staff who use WebEngage doesn't have any complaints about the tool. Nonetheless, I think that "WebEngage should improve its tools for analytics. It should present broader data in a cleaner display.

PROS: WebEngage lets us create marketing campaigns and journeys depending on the ideas that we need or want. It brings a high rate of results too.

CONS: There are factors in journeys that don't properly work the way we want them to be. It brings a different experience for our front-end audience. As a workaround, we've instructed our staff not to use those factors, and the marketing journeys that we produce have all become wonderful.

PROS: WebEngage has cool and useful features such as the web and app push, journeys, and automation tools. It sports a valuable knowledge base platform too. Additionally, the WebEngage staff is so professional. The onboarding team has efficiently guided us to begin, the professional service staff has helped us develop strategies, and the customer support staff are very responsive.

CONS: We haven't experienced any downside with WebEngage. The entire package is terrific, which is something that other platforms cannot fulfill.

PROS: We use WebEngage to segment our customers, which helps communicate with them using various channels such as text messages or emails. It impressively scales our customer reach through effective marketing campaigns. The platform carries useful and unique tools that allow me to craft different marketing strategies that suit our business and employees. Moreover, it helps us save huge working hours, which means we can now pay more attention to other vital business matters. WebEngage is really pushing our marketing through a whole new automated level!

CONS: The interface is sluggish, and its alerts fail to function properly sometimes. This is making the platform somehow tricky to use for our employees. However, this is not to say that WebEngage is complex software. In fact, it is a beautiful marketing automation platform but needs some improvements for even better results.

PROS: WebEngage allows us to utilize an intuitive journey feature where we can instantly track the engagements from customers. We can then analyze such reports to replicate quality journeys while avoiding those that are similar to faulty processes.

CONS: WebEngage sometimes fails to send WhatsApp messages. Yes, we have brought this issue to the support team, and they have helped us minimize such a problem. But it wasn't fully solved until today because it still fails to deliver a small number of messages.

PROS: Everything on WebEngage is easy, automated and neat. All marketing tasks are automated and easy, including audience segmentation, planning communication as well as creating journeys. It has resulted in a big increase in customer interactions and has pulled down our communication expenses through free tools such as push notifications. The platform also sends us real-time alerts through SMS or push notifications for handling website concerns. It helps us prevent loss of sales on the cart and boost users' experience on our platform.

CONS: It needs to collect and present better data analytics from onsite user activities. We can only gather data from communication channels, and it helps us understand specific events on communication lines and how the users react. But what we want is something that can help us track user behavior on the website.
