PROS: Before, we used a different system and it only gave us a single tab to keep track of everything. This made it very hard for us. Kronos saved us a lot of time because we don't have to spend so much time creating spreadsheets to keep track of everything. Now, we can easily track the reports needed to run our department. This includes Payroll, benefits, etc.
CONS: It will be preferable if there is a single contact person per company. For each question we have, there seems to be a different group or individual who handles it. It can be difficult and confusing to ask questions to several people at the same time. I think it will be more beneficial for both Kronos and its clients to have a single person to guide us from the onset.

PROS: Although Kronos have ready-made templates, you can still customize its content much like excel. This makes creating reports easier to filter and re-organize as not all companies have the same priorities in their reports. Getting results is also very simple because you can manipulate the data according to your preference. And best of all, its live chat is very helpful when you encounter problems.
CONS: Additional testing must be done before updates go live in their system. I've encountered several instances wherein their updates caused errors in the system. It's a good thing though that their system support is very pro-active so this get solved immediately.

PROS: Kronos is our all-in-one HR platform. We can hire new employees online. This lessens our paperwork and makes it easier for us to track their data. Tax forms can also be accomplished electronically and the timekeeping is very useful. We can recommend this to any HR practitioner.
CONS: I think their community support needs improvement because we have inquiries that take a long time to process.

PROS: Kronos is very accessible as we can use our phones to look at our information. I also found that it has developed more useful features since the first time we used it. In addition, their customer support is excellent. From the technical support team to the sales team, their guidance is very thorough. They were never annoyed with the barrage of questions we have.
CONS: I hope they allow multiple organizations into a single platform. We have to purchase the system again for the other organizations we have. I also would love it if we can purchase features based on our needs. Our companies do not have a fixed need for all features. Some of it requires some features than others.

PROS: Kronos Workforce Ready is a very comprehensive tool for the HR department. We were able to use it without any trouble even if we are only beginners. We were also able to lessen our paperwork as everything is done online, from timekeeping and attendance to payroll and scheduling. Our employees can also access their own data, which makes it easier for them to check if there are inconsistencies in the information provided. Furthermore, Kronos' customer support is also very useful. They were able to help us resolve all our inquiries immediately.
CONS: We never did experience any major issues while using the application. If we had issues, it's immediately resolved by their reliable support team.

PROS: I find it very flexible. Up to the time, we integrated this application to our system until now, there had already been countless updates and improvements. There are also a lot of online resources to help us use this application effectively. Their customer service is also superb.
CONS: I think they should double-check the updates they push through because there are times that these updates cause an error in the system. They are also quite behind in terms of SMS and scheduling functionality.

PROS: I love many things I love about Kronos. I love how user-friendly it is and how easily we can send notifications to different departments and groups. I also love the reports and how the data inputted is validated, so there are less errors in the system.
CONS: There are still some things to improve in report scheduling. I hope they'd allow us to turn on or off aspects of it, like that of the two-factor authentication.

PROS: Kronos Workforce Ready is a much simpler option than any other alternative. It is very easy to filter fields and export to excel. We were also able to save time by using this application. Instead of manually checking for errors, Kronos notifies us if a mistake has been made. Our onboarding process also became easier as we don't have to manually encode the data anymore. The whole process is done online. Furthermore, their support team is also very helpful. Though there have been minor problems, it was resolved immediately
CONS: I hope they could automatically reconcile our quarters and year-end. This is new for me as the other platforms I've used does this automatically. I also do not like that the deadline for year-end adjustment must be done on or before the 28th of December. Again, on the previous platforms, I've used the deadline is much longer. I could adjust it until the 15th of January.

PROS: I think the best aspect of Kronos Workforce Ready is its customizable functions. Based on our preference, we can easily adjust the specifications of the application. It even allowed us to set-up accurate payroll for employees working remotely. This made it easier for us to keep them satisfied and happy with our company.
CONS: I think they need more people to help with their customer service. Sometimes we experience delays in resolving issues.

PROS: Our payroll is complicated because our business runs in different locations and facilities. Top it off with extra pay for OT and bonuses. Kronos helped us solve these problems using a highly functioning payroll.
CONS: The new UI made us lose our footing. We had to re-familiarize ourselves with the new layout. This gave us trouble because instead of focusing on the task at hand, we had to re-learn how to use Kronos.
