What is YesInsights?

YesInsights is a survey software that helps build, deploy and collect feedback from customers using the “one-click” or Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey method. The NPS is a short form survey based on the one-click, one question approach, usually answerable by the respondent choosing from a rating of 1 to 10 (with 10 highly likely, recommended or favorable and 1 the least likely). This allows for a more precise and measurable response.

YesInsights takes advantage of the short form survey, which is easy and simple to implement, by deploying it through two of the most visible and widely-used channels of engagement – email and website. YesInsights uses a one-click poll widget that can be embedded in any website or sent via email to customers.
