What Problems Will zenloop Solve?

1) Collecting customer feedback

Paul wants to know how his company is currently performing and how his customers see it. A survey is being sent out to all customers, to get feedback. The problem is that hardly anyone fills out the survey because it requires 10 awfully long minutes of answering questions.

zenloop has the solution: A quick 1-question survey which can be integrated into your website or email. PROS: Zenloops team was quick to set us up and has ever since been very helpful. We were able to further understand and prevent customer churn.

CONS: Nothing problematic has happend so far. The service team is always very helpful as well.
