What are the best aspects of this product?

This software offers a lot of incredible things. There’s a text message reminder functionality which is really helpful in minimizing no shows. Not only does the system send reminders to the clients, but it also allows recipients to reply to the SMS. Furthermore, with this software, all members of my team only have to use a single calendar to schedule their appointments. Last but not least, their customer service is solutions-oriented, helpful, and fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some clients complain about not being able to make an appointment using the system. It’s very inconvenient and if not taken care of may lead to a loss of business. Aside from that, there are instances when it takes me too long to modify or do something using the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Despite some of the glitches, using this software still brings many perks. We can give our clients an option to book an appointment online. I can easily view the appointments any time I want wherever I am. We are able to send reminders to clients about their schedules so they won’t miss it. The customer support is also reliable.
