What are the best aspects of this product?
There are a lot of good things with this app. For instance, clients can easily book an appointment via pre-approved slots. Clients are given reminders one day before their apartment. That led to a dramatic decrease of my client no-shows. There's a complete record of changes made. That makes it so much simpler to monitor cancellations and re-bookings.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's only one thing that I don't like. I find their schedule display to be a bit difficult to use. Everyone will have a hard time with the learning curve that they need to go through. But if you don't mind getting dirty into the complexity of things. Then this could be the tool that will be worth it in the end.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It resolved a lot of things. You'll need to look at the advantages I've mentioned. Everything can be summed up there. I've thankful to have discovered a tool like this. I can't imagine running a practice without this nifty tool.
