PROS: This is a tool that allows you to report your week for your managers/supervisors so they can easily review it and work on the improvements. This is great feedback mechanism. You can input all your achievements and struggles during the week and get interaction and coaching from your supervisor.
CONS: It would be great if they could include 3rd option when it comes to mechanics of the goals, because sometimes there are changes about the goal and at the end of the week we have to choose only 2 options: completed/renew as a goal for upcoming week.

PROS: This software provides cross communication between departments and projects and it helps us to be on the top of everything that happens and it allows us to keep track of the performances and to be more focused on both our individual and team goals. We are able to be more organized and to accomplish even more. We can create meetings, talk about travels and projects. This tool provides us with the insight of all current and future issues and it is extremely helpful because we are able to act quickly before those issues occur.
CONS: I don’t like its frequent reminders for fulfilling reports weekly. Also, there is no ability to upload pictures or screenshots and this means that we found hard to describe issues or accomplishments.

PROS: 15Five helps me be more accountable for the projects that I'm working on. Its messages and notifications are great for reminding me about tasks that I would forget about otherwise. I used to be in a constant state of overwhelm but 15Five has managed to provide structure to my chaotic schedule as a startup entrepreneur. It helps me see both the long-term goal and the tasks that require immediate updates.
CONS: I wish that we could have a shared dashboard as a team. It's helpful in showing me all my pending deliverables and tasks. I'm pretty sure that a shared one will help us distribute tasks more efficiently too.

PROS: 15Five is surprisingly intuitive--not a common characteristic associated with employee management applications. The developers have done a pretty good job of anticipating the users' needs, and it shows. It's a great tool for boosting work morale as well. Sometimes, I breeze through my tasks without feeling any sense of accomplishment. 15Five's weekly reports validate my work and almost feels like a pat in the back after a productive week. This can be reflected in the yearly reviews as well. I also like how easy it is to plan and sort through my priorities on 15Five. Not to mention, it takes away the stress of having to personally walk up to my boss and give updates or ask for feedback.
CONS: I haven't identified any major issues with the program. However, sometimes I do wish there is a way to manually input the time when a task has been completed. See, I don't always tick-off items on the to-do list until I'm sure that the person next to me on the pipeline has received and acknowledged the deliverable. So if the deadline is Friday, and the person sends acknowledgment receipt on a Monday, that's when I can complete the task. Of course, by this time, the system has flagged the item as late and it becomes permanent on my record.

PROS: 15Five is a great tool to use in a team setting. My teammates and I use it to keep each other accountable, as well as to report directly to our boss. We use it not just for communication, but for tracking our tasks as well. Not to mention, we get to send kudos (through high fives) to each other--this really keeps the morale high in the team. The weekly task reminders and reflections serve as self-evaluations as well, allowing us to set our own metrics for productivity.
CONS: This is more of a failure on our part, but we haven't completely utilized 15Five to its full capacity yet. For one, we still haven't gone completely paperless.

PROS: 15Five has managed to help me whip my team into shape. For starters, unlike other solutions, it has an intuitive design and we haven't had any problem making the most out of it. Plus, it allows me to engage and provide continuous feedback to my team. It even has a virtual high-five feature, one that lets me acknowledge team members who have shown initiative and efficiency. A particularly impressive feat that this program has managed to help me pull off is the introduction of the OKR methodology to our workflow. It also allows us to review pending projects and assign manpower accordingly.
CONS: So far nothing yet. It's pretty much a straightforward tool.

PROS: With its help, I've been able to consistently meet my deadlines and finish everything on my plate. I also use it to connect with my manager and open up a dialog with him on the platform. We use it to exchange ideas, brainstorm projects, and provide feedback to each other. But more than an avenue for receiving validation or constructive criticism from my boss, 15Five's weekly questions also serve as a self-evaluation for me. Through it, I've been able to identify my strengths and limitations as an employee. Of course, not all the questions are meant to trigger deep reflection. Other times, it's simply for the sheer fun of answering questions and sharing the answers with my teammates. What I'm trying to say is that it works both as a prompt for self-evaluation as well as establishing connections with the team. The "like" and "comment" buttons mimic social media features as well. But I don't always have to share all of my answers--15Five gives me the option to keep my answers private as well. In terms of keeping track of a schedule and to-do list, I love how we can easily update this as we move forward in our tasks. We can follow up on tasks and see what our teammates currently have on their boards. This way, we can distribute the workload evenly among us. There are other features such as "Wins and Challenges" where we can oversee our tasks at any given time too. Overall, 15Five has not only made me more efficient at work, but it has also helped me map my career plan thanks to its "Career Vision" portion.
CONS: Well, the emojis look a bit outdated because they're still in black and white. It would be nice to be able to attach screenshots to my weekly answers as well.

PROS: Finally, we have found a solution that helps us to better manage our team members and to improve the communication between management department and other employees. We perform monthly meetings, we use it to prepare for the upcoming meetings thanks to the weekly reports. This is extremely helpful tool for both our leaders and team members. Our employees don’t feel the pressure to complete the report and they can always use 15Five in order to share something important.
CONS: There is no easy method of rolling up weekly input into annual report so we can facilitate the annual review process. Also, one of our manager added undesired company-wide questions to 15Five reports and the whole staff didn’t expect those types of questions fortunately we managed to remove them. But this is really something that we need to keep an eye on.

PROS: 15Five makes it a lot easier to manage a team. It's great for keeping notes, communicating goals and objectives, and dividing tasks among my team members. Also, I've been more consistent with giving feedback ever since we started using 15Five. I used to keep my notes in separate programs, but it's easier with 15Five acting as a catch-all to all my ideas. Staying on top of tasks and having the ability to check in on the progress of my team are two things that 15Five has been particularly useful for.
CONS: I wish that we didn't have to manually transfer unfinished tasks from 15Fives Priority Lists from week to week. If there is a way to carry over these incomplete items to the next week, that would be really helpful. Also, if 1:1 pages and the rest of 15Five's pages could just be merged, that would make the tool less clunky, too. This way, I won't have to constantly transfer from one page to another.

PROS: We tried other prevailing employee engagement and performance review tools but they all were useless. 15Five seems like perfect solution for our organization. It is simple to use and superb UX. It doesn’t require training and you cans tart using it from the very beginning. I especially like its OKR feature.
CONS: The software is not available on Android. It lacks mobile alerts towards action confirmation and reminders.

PROS: What I like most about 15Five is the fact that it allows me to communicate with my managers and other members in a more professional way. We use it to answer questions and to increase team satisfaction. We complete 15Five report every two weeks, the questions are insightful and I like that I can freely tell about my tasks, opinions and problems. Whenever my report is reviewed I receive notification about it. This is great tool to keep track of those employees who perform well and of those who are not very productive.
CONS: There is nothing I can think of. We are doing reporting every two weeks instead on a weekly basis and this works well for us.

PROS: I like that we are able to give high-five in order to motivate our colleagues. They are happy when they receive positive feedback from managers and they are even more motivated for next tasks. We are able to track the accomplishments, to rate the week, to add additional comments. There are options to choose whether or not you would like to have high-five or comment back to someone.
CONS: The interface is great, clear and user-friendly, I haven’t found anything to dislike about this software.

PROS: This tool allows us to touch base of the leadership on a weekly basis. We all know how the problems that are not confronted or the information that is not shared can kill the culture within an organization. Thankfully, 15Five helps us to manage all the problems within the organization and to better manage our team. We are able to recognize our most productive employees and to find out what the problem is when some things are not done appropriately.
CONS: I haven’t found anything that I might dislike about this tool, it is simple, clear and it does the job. We have asked for some features and they have implemented lot of features that meet all our needs.

PROS: As an employee I like that I’m able to speak about my concerns, to attend meetings, to follow up upcoming tasks and to solve various problems within our company. This HR management software requires 15minutes to fill out the report on a weekly basis and it require sonly 5 minutes for the manager to review the reports. This is easy to use solution with great interface. I like that they have incorporated social media-like attributes like tagging people, liking comments. This tool allows you to customize the questions you want to ask.
