PROS: BotStar is a young company compared to Chatfuel or Manychat, but I find BotStar's interface and ease of use to be its own highlight. Besides, from the moment I started using BotStar, I noticed that there are constantly new monthly updates.
CONS: - Having a free trial will be a big plus. - More advance templates (There are many now but I believe it would be better to increase the variety of templates.)

PROS: The support team is super friendly and they answer my questions very fast as well, and I was able to create my ideal flow thank to them. You can easily import your business data into CMS and use them again anywhere inside the flow. You can even tag your customers to filter them and send them different types of messages automatically based on the tag they have.
CONS: I am happy with the current setup but it would be wonderful if they can clarify to us the product they will be providing for the next couple of months

PROS: I am not a technical person so I love how the bot builder is very easy to set up, you can just drag and drop the message inside the canvas, and is ready to install anytime. I was able to design the automatic response flow myself with just some of these simple drag and drop actions. I love it. The support team is very nice, they give me a step-by-step guideline and if I don't understand it, I can ask them again anytime. The responses are fast as well. As the result, I was able to build my multilingual chatbot quickly thanks to them.
CONS: the automatic pop-up is a little bit annoy cause I only want the chatbot to automatically open the first time the customer visits the website. So it would be nice if BotStar could allow the option to let the bot pop up only one time.

It also have a lot features that I can use inside the facebook chatbot that can help me interact with customer like sending them remind message, auto response in the facebook posts,....
